Peoples Community Bank State Hwy, Seligman

For years I have worked with Doniphan Branch to NO avail in solving some simple errors on my parents and handicapped brothers accounts. They were with this bank for life, dad was 94. . Little brother is 66. I GOT LITTLE TO NO HELP. Except Rachael in Greenville, Mo. And Cherri Poplar Bluff, Mo. Cherri, a sup., worked tirelessly and was excellent. Last month,, once again I have tried numerous time to resolve an issue with their local bank. Even the new compliance officer had not been able to help! Problems started around time the bank ‘changed hands.’. I Wonder how PEOPLES COMMUNITY BANK stay in BUSINESS (last 8 years)in Doniphan. PS. Several of same employees who have been there forever suddenly seem to forget they are customer service. JANET told me, in one sentence how to solve my problem!!!! SELIGMAN IS A GREAT BRANCH. Supervisor Bailey also knows what customer service is. YOU ARE ALL LUCKY TO HAVE THESE LADIES!
