They are all very friendly and have very amazing service. We are from Texas and needed some cash. We got our stuff back the next month with no problems. The employees are a good chat! Will be coming back.

Big brothers pawn ion Rogers is amazing. When you walk in you are greeted. And waited on prolly. Becky has always given me top dollar for my merchandise. She is kind and makes you feel like family. The staff is great Robert and Ethan always have a smile on there cute faces. I hope if you need to visit this location you will leave knowing you got dollar and a smile on your face.

I go to Big Bro's in Siloam, Springdale, Rogers - they could put one on Mar's and I'd probably find a way to get to it. This mornin I walked into the Rogers location, saw the kayak I wanted, made an offer, and less that 5 mins later me and Austin (awesome employee) were loading it up. shout to Austin - see ya soon dawg.

Went in Big Brother’s to pawn some ammo today. While one employee was making up numbers on an antiquated adding machine, another employee behind the counter asked me if wanted to buy a 1911 pistol. Really dude? I’m there to pawn ammo because I needed some quick cash for a short period….and you’re trying to sell me a gun? After the adding machine guy got finished, he offered close to what I was asking to borrow, so I asked the interest rate on the pawn. For a 30 day $420 pawn, I would have had to pay them $120 in interest for a total of $540 paid to them! Um, no thanks

I love this pawn shop. The only one I will go to. They have fair prices on everything in the store! Pawning or selling your items is fairly priced, fast and easy. Every employee treats you like family; every time I walk through the door they know me by my first name; ask how each of my children are, and if my children are with me they know them on a first name basis too! I feel comfortable here. I know that if I buy something that it is a good quality item for a lot less than most other places. If you ever need help with anything they are there for you. They care about your needs and understand your situation. They'll work with you as much as they can.

Was in there a couple weeks ago, as soon as I walked in, Mark greeted me and asked how I was doing, I told him I was just looking around. I walked up to the gun counter and was approached by Roberto and he asked how I was doing and if I was looking for anything in particular. I asked him about a couple of the guns they had for sale and he was helpful and knowledgeable about the products they had. It was a great experience, compared to some over the other shops I had visited that day. Keep up the good work!

My boyfriend and I just got some movies from here. The manager is very sweet. There was another lady who was blonde was very sweet as well. We absolutely LOVE this place after our very FIRST visit. They're friendly, nice and so very helpful! There is a family vibe in this place. The environment is very clean and they've got refreshments as well for customers. We will definitely be going back! I always have great service , mark , Becky, Ethan, and Robert. Ethan even called me back after checking to see if he had something in stock . Mark always does his best to explain things I don't understand. Becky always smiles except when I call her miss betty . Robert is just a all around good guy . Thanks guys
