Extremely helpful, set up a land loan over the phone to purchase some property. Process was easy and everything went smooth. Have been doing all my business checking with PBG for over a year.

These people are so very rude and ignorant. I called to ask about the proper procedure concerning a personal account with power of attorney and was told, that the process is that she could not help give me any information on specific account. But then I asked for general process and was asked whose name was the account in .... maam.. you just contradicted yourself. You can't tell me specific but when asked for general now you want account info only to be told that I can't give you process information.

I love banking with people's bank. I've had an account for over 20 years. Home town friendly people with a personal touch. I'm always called by my name when I visit the bank. I don't plan on changing banks for a very long time.

There is nothing better than this hometown bank. They treat you like family not a number...
