Peoples Bank E State St, Athens

First and foremost: It's a bank. If you don't pay attention to the rules and guidelines when you open an account, then you're at fault. That's what most of the comments below sound like to me. As for my own personal experience here, the girls here try very hard every day to make everything happen for all of their customers, and they do great at explaining everything, and the why's behind what's happening. They're always good to me, and I can do my stuff with ease. They are great at their jobs and I have had perfect service here.

They are not to bad but the staff some of them accuse me of yelling at them twice i was not yelling at them. I do not like how they want you to use your debit card 10 times. If you dont they take 8 dollars out of your account emd of oaid period. the casemanger also thinks it is unreasonble. If you have points and need a new card they send you a new one out you will loose all your points. You earn on debit card rewards. Its lame. I like chase bank alot better than these people. Nathan i like him his a good banker amanda is not to bad. Lisa is not bad but i just very weary around them i feel uncomfortable with them as my bank. Itself. I never received my replacement card they told me. I need to wait longer because they sent so many. Debit cards out topeople

This bank is terrible. Worst banking experience I've ever had. Do not trust them. They will steal your money

Gotta love there atm they tale your card and dont give it back if you enter the wrong pin forgot i changed my pin so machine took card went inside refused to give me my card saying i had to order a new one threw my bank worst bank i have ever dealt with

Staff is very amazing and I love the atmosphere here!!! :) Always a pleasant time when I’m in here. ♥️

WORST customer service ever; spoke to a personal banker named "Angie" who was start to finish rude, snarky, and somehow the opposite of helpful. She actually told me to close my account (which had always been in good standing) rather than assisting me with the seemingly simple task of ordering a new ATM card after mine was compromised. AND they got me with hidden fees going out the door. Again, I cannot emphasize how TERRIBLE this experience was. I wouldn't recommend People's bank to anyone.

I have used peoples Bank for 5 years and they have been alright for me. I don't really know how to rank a bank other than they have never been rude and all my transactions have been acceptable.

Not so great. Many of the employees are rude and when you are suppose to have your pay check deposited in there it doesn't show up until the next day.
