Was trying to buy a 80k dollar car and they wanted an extra 20k additional dealer markup. Price gouging is illegal on hand sanitizer and toilet paper, not sure why it isn't on automobiles! Steer clear as you can find a better deal ANYWHERE else!

I have been searching for a problem on our 21 Escape Titanium PHEV for a few months. The trunk was not completely lined, and parts seemed to be missing. However, my local dealer's service director assured me that everything was correct. By some miracle of key hitting, i stumbled on Kevin Nelson at Don Wood in Ohio. He said that if the parts excised, he would find them and he did. Sent me duplicated pages from the Ford parts manual and pricing. We contacted this dealership about the buy back. We talked to someone on Facebook messenger for all the details. This person asked about the details of our vehicle and we told them we have a 2017 Chevy Malibu with 50000 miles on it. I told them that in KBB it books for roughly 17000 dollars . We was told to bring up to them and we could get 21000 for our vehicle. We drove a hour to get to the dealership and the people there were very unprofessional and had foul mouths when talking around customers and when they finally decided to look at the car they did not even look it over the guy walked out looked at the car said he would be back and came back and offered 12000. Mind you this car has no rust dents scratches and the inside looks brand new. If you ask me this place is a joke and the people are rude and unprofessional. When I left a comment on Facebook about this place they deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting on anything of there posts. Guess they don’t like negative reviews.. well when you lie and don’t do as you say I am sorry I will give a bad review every time…this place is the biggest joke of a dealer ship I have ever been to.

My wife and I just bought a new Bronco Sport after seeing it on Facebook. I’ve never had a better experience at a car dealership. No B.S., just good people, working to get us the car we were looking for. Garrett was great during the shopping process, doing much of it via text (as we were coming from well out of town). Emily was a pleasure to deal with, and made the financing simple, clear, and fair. We will definitely be doing business with Don Wood again in the future!

They have a marketing scheme on Facebook claiming special trade values and financing. I was reassured 3 different times in the online chat that that they had the vehicle in stock on the lot that I was looking for, only to find out that day that they didn't. Luckily I called that morning and spoke to someone else before traveling over an hour to buy a new car that that didn't have. Tried to talk to them about their financing and if they would be getting the new vehicle I was looking for any time soon. Clearly I understand COVID has impacted this industry, but the guy was rude and I was clearly a waste of time for them. Won't be wasting time with this company in the future.

Ryan Griffin was our car salesman, I had looked for so many cars, and Ryan was the only one that got my payments where I wanted them... I take that back he completely went over expectations, he was able to get me a deal way better than I could imagine! Walked in with a winning ticket for $1000. Walked out with a $15 smart watch and my information stolen for ads. This was never resolved. The owner never was in contact with me. Bunch of scammers. Don't buy here.

I have had 3 family members come here for trade-ins. One of them had a 2010 Ford F150 that Ridenour previously offered around $3,000 for and Don Wood gave him $7,000. The other 2 had older vehicles and were also offered decent trade-in values. All 3 were able to get something they wanted for the price range they were looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful and overall had a pretty good experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into a new/newer vehicle and/or trade in their own. We had Mike and he seems to be a decent guy. He was really good about communicating back and forth and helping with any questions or concerns that we had.

AVOID! Once they have your money they will no longer help or care about you. They only care about making a sale and will tell you anything you want to hear to make it happen including lying. I called them out on lying about a vehicle's condition as well as lying that the service department inspected it and said it needed nothing as well as had no aftermarket parts. When I discovered it had all of its emissions system removed, illegal aftermarket exhaust modifications, as well as rust through a good portion of its frame the salesman didn't care. They wouldn't refund my money or help in any way. The manager simply pointed to the 'as is' part of the contract.

I ended up not going there. But I will keep them on my go to list for trucks. Thanks!

I live 1,300 miles away. I was worried buying a truck from out of state would be hard. I worked with Garrett. He made everything very easy and was very professional. Emily with finance was very helpful and patient. I used my bank and it took sometime and they wanted some odd things. Emily worked very try well with them and helped get everything done. I wish people at all car dealerships were like Emily and Garrett. I would highly recommend using them. I will when I buy my next vehicle.

Avoid this dealership! I made an appointment to see a very specific vehicle that was never even on their lot! I drove 1.5 hours because they said they had this car, which is hard to come by.

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. They are fair honest and up front. I got my truck at the price I wanted and didn't have to spend hours haggling. During the final walk around, we found the automatic side steps didn't work on one side. They BOUGHT and INSTALLED NEW side steps that look amazing on the spot. They also gave me a very expensive HID bulb for on of the headlights that went out during the test drive. ** 100% would recommend purchasing from this dealership. **
