Peoples Bank Wheeling Ave, Cambridge

My uncle and I use this bank and so does my sister. I suggest to EVERYONE if your looking for a bank please please please please come and choose Peoples Bank. The employees there are always in a good mood no matter how busy they are or how stressed out they are they never take it out on the people. You can come in and be a complete a** and they still smile and treat you with respect. It amazes me how they do it but they do. Best bank and #1 bank in my book.

Dirsrespectful, they will insult your intelligence try to put a hold on payroll checks when you first open your acct. The management are disrespectful and ucaring. They will turn off your debit card with out notice making it almost impossible for you to access your funds and suspend overdraft privalages with out reason. They will do there best to find work arounds in an effort to dely or negate any and all efforts to have your issues resolved over all unprofessional

Had a loan here previously, as well as an open account. I went to get a new car and they denied me. I went to a different bank that I’m not even a customer at and they worked something out for me and approved me. Very disappointed with this bank.

Debit card is ALWAYS “compromised” here!!!!

To anyone banking with peoples bank on wheeling ave in cambridge oh i strongly suggest you empty your acct of all funds and close said acct immediately they are rude, disrespectful and will turn your debit card off anytime they see fit and do so with out giving proper notice, this branch will go against the standards and rules set forth by there main branch and disregard all polices set forth by there corporate office, they will judge you insult your intelligence, integrity, and social standing. They refuse to admit when there wrong or even apologize for there unethical and unfair treatment of there customers. In all fairness the people at there help desk call center are very helpful and friendly and will go to great lengths to resolve any issues you have, but unfortunately there efforts end up being all for not because the resolution of the issue is ultimately in the hands of disrespectful and uncaring bank supervisors.

When I opened my account the branch didn't give me any trouble, he was very welcoming and happily accepted the change I turned in. It was rolled and he said I could even bring my change in to the main branch to have it counted for free with their machines. When I went in to get change for the first time (at the main branch) the ladies were snooty and didn't want to deal with it. What would you have done if I were a business owner turning change in? I'm sorry I "inconvienced" you I am a customer. I'm pulling my money and I will go to another bank, also I will tell everyone else that you suck. Sorry you had to get off of your chair. Good day.

Always have had really great service. Although the people at the front desk aren't as welcoming as the personal bankers, but have always been willing to help
