My husband got me a ring from here as a gift. It was too big. He returned it.they took 30 fee to restock. Cashland great name! Should be scamville! This place is making too much money.

The worst pawn store I've been to in quite some time. They accept very little other than cordless tools and TVs, and guns. The price they offer is rediculously unfair, and I understand its a business that needs to make money, but in comparison to other pawn shops this one is grossly under paying for what they receive. There is no costumer service, you feel like the biggest inconvenience of the day asking to be helped; I was told they would accept what I had at the counter and was never spoken to again...??? I have found some great stuff at fair prices at this location in all fairness, but this past visit left me a little frustrated.

I managed to sell a PS3 and an air fryer but haven't been able to sell anything since then. Staff isn't very friendly. Don't waste your time here.

Best pawn shop I've ever been too. They've sold me and my fiance some really awesome gaming stuff for the year we've been going there. We go almost everyday. They have amazing staff and are always ready to help.

Staff is easy to work with and very respectful and professional! One of the best staffed Cashlands we've ever visited!!

Having hard times forced me to take one of my most precious belongings to pawn. These guys in Cambridge Matt and Tim and the rest have all been great and so very helpful! I’ve never had a bad experience in any way and always seemed to be able to work with me in some way. Much appreciated guys!! Great place!!

A little bit of everything in there.

The people who work their are very respectful and nice. The only thing is if u go buy games for a console MAKE SURE you look at the discs to make sure they aren't scratch up. I bought a game and it wouldn't play so I took it back and they let me exchange it for another one. I thought that was pretty cool. Another thing is the prices are very very cheap. Now I buy most of my games and soon to have a flat screen TV and they do have Lay-A-Way.

Terrible experience. I bought a gaming system from them with controllers. The controllers they gave me didn’t work. I had to go back FOUR times to get them switched out in the course of two days. I purchased an extra controller today that STILL DOESNT WORK. Won’t even turn on. I was also given a video game case without the game even in it. They should probably check all their controllers instead of handing out ones that don’t work to their customers. My fiancé and I will not be returning here.

Got ripped off on selling gold here. Dont bother sell it on ebay. I would have made more money on ebay... like 4 times as much. Screw that place.
