Very poor custumer service , every time im there to get anwseres or help with my account they have me call custumer service. Very rude and ignorant staff, acting like they doing you an favor.

Was charged almost $200 overdraft fees same day direct deposit was scheduled and was told there was nothing could be done. Payments were before direct deposit was made.
