People's United Bank White Plains Rd, Trumbull

For the third time in 18 months, the ATM will not take checks or cash as deposits. The machine simply will not take anything in. This has been going on for 3 weeks this time, in total over the last 18 months there have been nearly three of those months where I was unable to utilize this ATM to perform the functions that I needed. I get out of work after the bank is closed and I go into work before the bank is open. I Rely heavily on this companies offerings at their ATM locations. I have attempted to call them several times but have not recieved and help or reconciliation of the problem.

I deposited $750 into my savings account through the drive-through my money was never put in to my savings account after checking multiple times on the app on your phone and found out it was transferred to a different account with the last digit different.

The friendliest staff. Never had an issue here.

I have been a Peoples bank loyal customer for over 35 years. The Trumbull Branch has the most wonderful staff. They have always been friendly and go above and beyond being helpful.

Same service as any other Peoples.
