People's United Bank Belden Ave, Norwalk

The bankers are great but the Branch manager is very rude and very disrespectful to her customers. Makes people’s bank look bad. I kinda want to switch my account to a different bank due to her being so disrespectful to me and other people I know who have accounts here. What really bothers me too is that she shouldn’t even be a branch manager nor work in a bank with the kind of attitude she has towards people for no apparent reason. She really needs to be fired.

Got a credit from them& and they copied my identification, week later they called me and said they lost my information, so went there again and copied again, got called again this time they were saying they can't read my id's photo copy, because their printer was bad. So give them again now they are telling me they lost the paper I signed. Never seen worst service like this.

Worst branch manager ever. She should be fired

The people are the nicest and most helpful of any of the branches. They are also efficient and quick so the lines are never big.

Everybody is good but.......Sal Viwatthanasorn is the number one!!
