Our loan was sold to Penny Mac right after we closed in 2018. Their website was very user friendly. Our mortage is escrowed and the information is right there when payments are collected and paid. Their customer service team is very friendly and helpful. It had only been 2 years but we were offered a great rate to refinance with Penny Mac. The refinance team were awesome and made it a very smooth transition in just a few weeks.

The loan processing agents were excellent and called me weekly to keep me posted on the status of my application. They also promptly returned all of my phone calls and addressed all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They worked around my schedule which made the entire process quick and painless.
