The Live Scan Agency & Notary Public Canwood St, Agoura Hills

It's a great place! Very clean inside, comfy like your living room when you have guests come over to socialize. I've attached some photos to hopefully make it easier to find this place. But it's basically in the northwest corner of the building, on the 2nd floor. So try to park somewhere in that part of the parking lot. For Live Scan, it's somewhere in the ballpark of around $140-$150 if you're doing the works. I didn't catch their names, wish I would have, but the staff here is very friendly, very nice, easy to work with.

Exceptional services with may I say, a beautiful smile. All with memorable professionalism. Not to mention a value that won’t be matched. Paige, you do rock and again, may I say Jasmin(sp?) has a smile that won’t be forgotten. She rocks too, thank you both!

I love this facility! I have been going to this office for years, and they have a great team taking care of me whenever I call or drop in.

I needed a live scans during Covid-19 and there were no livescan agents available but Paige. She came in even though it was a Saturday, and helped me get my insurance finger printing done. She awesome and well deserving of this review.

I made an appointment with someone named Beth on the phone, she said she would message me with the correct address because it could be a little confusing. I never heard back from her. I messaged her and still no reply. I showed up the next morning at 9:30, the time we agreed to, and no one showed up or answered my calls. I was left standing in the rain. Honestly I was so disappointed. Luckily another scan agency was open in Sherman Oaks that I went to. No appointment needed and better yet they were actually open and happy to receive my business.

To start, I have been to many live scan facilities before, and I love this one most. The office is beautiful and the employees and the owner are so sweet, and diligent, which is very important to me. I was in and out of the office and I had a very pleasant experience with this business. I will be coming back for sure! :)

Please do not go here and do not give them your personal info or access to your finger print. They had papers of past customers left out with their social security and drivers license ID exposed to anyone who comes in. The place is extremely unprofessional and no one knows what they are doing there. And to respond their response, you do not have my information because I left and did not want you to have any of my information.

I got a Livescan /fingerprints for CA DRE today. I called and Paige got right back to me, I got an appointment and completed my fingerprints all in the same day in her office which took 10-15 min. I would definitely recommend Paige.

Excellent service from Paige at Live Scan. She is very professional and efficient. Returned my call immediately, set a prompt appointment and very reliable. Paige is always there when I need fingerprinting or a notary done. Highly recommend!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This business is a colossal waste of time! Called to make an appointment and when I showed up the next day, no one was there. Called the number on the door (same as the one I had called for an appointment) and went straight to voice mail. My recommendation? Go somewhere else.
