PenFed Credit Union Mcnair Rd, Fort Myer

Came here the other day to close out an account and the staff could not have made t easier. The facility is brand new as well. Very modern and good customer service. I recommend coming here during the week day as there was no wait between 1pm-2pm.

This was the best experience I had with opening up a new account compared to other financial institutions. Wait was not long and customer service was excellent. Did feel like a number and Nagat took her time to explain the their products to me so that I could choose what was best for my financial situation.

PenFed has great auto loan rates and great service - we've been a very satisfied member since 2008!

Don’t go here unless you absolutely must!!! You will be searched before entering the military base. Also, they will follow everywhere and everything you are doing. Tried to get a haircut and the security was like’ I thought you just needed to use the bank’ I didn’t even tell that guy I was goin to the bank told the lady where I was goin
