Well first off the service is fast, and when you're in a rush it is taken into consideration. Now here is the best part, Essence is just amazing. One day I called 10 minutes before they closed and told her I was in desperate need of a loan, she said that she would wait for me and she did. She has been so helpful everytime I have been there and i enjoy seeing here just as much as i enjoy getting my much needed loans. I highly recommend advance America and make sure to ask for Essence

This place has the best staff. I am so disappointed that I can't do payday loans here anymore. I know the state of VA is just looking out for the consumer by limiting interest rates but I was always given exact repayment amounts and dates at this location and never once left feeling like I was getting ripped-off. I can't say the same for ACE.
