I just finished the combined process of selling and purchasing a property, on this crazy, early 2022 Florida market, and the fact that I had them as my title company made my life so much easier! Catherine knows her business! She is not playing! She would not miss a single deadline… From day one she provided me with a calendar/app of things that needed to get done with an alert of every update coming straight to my email. She would follow every single email and task to the teeth, and made sure she was on top of everything. All parties involved in the process could only say great things about her work.
