I used Clear 2 Close Title & Escrow to puchase my condo in Hypoluxo. I orginally was going to use Clear 2 Close for a lien seach and Quit Claim preperation. My rep. Jamie Steinberg completed that task however I decieded it would be best to do a full esrow on the puchase. Jamie was kind enough to credit the fee for the Quit Claim/lien seach and apply it to the escrow fee. During the escrow, Jamie was availble to answer all my questions and she was very knowlegable and detailed. i was use them again and reccomend Clear 2 Close Escrow for anyone that needs their services.
