I waited a few months to write a review because I was busy working on many things the loan helped me accomplish. Everyone I spoke to was professional and honest. They kept to their time lines and delivered exactly what we discussed. My case was complicated according to other lenders. Not to PB Financial! Their knowledge of real estate loans and all that goes along with it is unmatched. I highly recommend them. Especially, if you are not an average borrower.

I have no hesitation in doing business with them as I find them to be honest, diligent and responsive in securing and packaging loans for their investors. I started the experience very nervous about getting a hard money loan purchasing my first investment property because of past short sale. With the processors of PB Finacial, they explained to me all the details of the transaction. They were very helpful and at the end, under promised and over delivered: I was promised a 2-week closing and they delivered in 7 days. They made me look very professional and because of their help, I've been able to get more opportunities. I'll be using them in the future for more projects.

Pouyan should really consider becoming a professional scam artist (he's almost there!) I would highly advise avoiding this company at all costs, Pouyan will take advantage of you as soon as he's given the chance. He is a thief, a crook, and a liar. I wish I could give 0 stars.
