Absolutely nasty attitude women who worked at the window Sat Afternoon 4/23/2022. I observed her rudness to a customer who came in the store without even being provoked. She was absolutely the worse. Even over the phone her nasty attitude was still present. She definitely should not be working with the public. Any bad ratings I'm pretty sure is because she work there.

The hours are on Saturday 24 hrs am here 10:30 and they close the door while ppl still outside

Attitude problems and they're very slow... They should've gave the option to add no stars.

Horrible customer service half of the clerks are very rude and constantly on there phones .... whenever you go there to pay your Bill's becarful because unfortunately the clerks will enter the wrong information and try to blame the customer then it's up to the customer to go threw a hassle just to find out where their money has gone too yet alone they wont even issue you a refund. And the manger of that place is just as bad as some of the employees just throws you a excuse and makes it seem as his employees that are on there phones are normal ...and simply says everyone makes mistakes. yes people do make mistakes but it will be more understanding when someone is off their phone. Dont go to this payomatic it's just overall a headache.

Nasty actitud, nobody there knows what customer services means , specially the managment.

Almost all employees are "nasty" in that place they don't know what good customer service is. I have been at different times and it is almost the same, nasty and bored employees.
