Very Very rude seem as if the employee that wears the name tag Jeanene don’t want to work and or cherish her job especially during this Covid 19 outbreak so I would appreciate if she gets re trained and or give someone else the job that will be pleasant and courteous to the customer because the last time I checked she works here to do her job and the first code to business is the customer is always correct Thank You I would gladly appreciate it Also the time and date is 7:52 am 5/29/2020 just so whom every is going to look into this problem would know there is only one employee here at the time ..

Black lady with glasses very unprofessional and rude. You guys need to do something about this lady it is not the first complaint about her. She is not fit for customer service her attitude is very poor she needs to be reprimanded. Employee number 603042

4 windows 2 workers, which 1 is closed.. Longgggg line and workers conversing with each other about "nothing"... After 20 min in the line finally the closed window opened after she was just sitting there doing absolutely "nothing"

They have some Thots working their who give customers hard time i had to wait one time a half an hour wit no customers ahead of me so she can.Talk nd turn up with her employyees

Coming here is always the worse experience but when you have to cash your check we have no other choice! There's always people I'm there asking for money, there are chubby ladies who always have an attitude no matter how nice you are to them! It smells like piss because the employees let their family members that live in the projects across the street come and hang out in the store! This place needs a whole new employee list or a manager who is going to be strict on the employees to make it a comfortable environment to deal with my money there!

I started going there six months ago cause it's the closest one to where I live, if there was another one close by I surely won't be going there, the ladies that work during the day have the most nastiest attitudes I ever come across like we have them working there and taking money out off their pockets, and I will complain to NYC LOTTERY since when are they allowed to cash the most on ah ticket is $200 and everywhere else cash up to $600. I dnt like going there but I have no other choice

I'm a 22 year old college student that works for a construction company that pays me in money orders or cash. Every time I go there the older women or older workers tell me I can't cash it because of reason that make no sense. I'm a young black male trying to cash my check and they always deny me for whatever reason. My mother goes in and cash them for me because they tell me no. It's horrible there.

If you wanna deal with someone’s miserable attitude(overnight) and can’t answer simple questions. This is the place for you. Shut it down. If I can give it less than 1 star I would.

Horrible customer service, the girl is the nastiest. She needs to get fired. Asked for manager and was told not there.
