The lady made me step aside to serve the white guy the was behind me saying oh people complain when you help others for too long I was doing 3 money transfers she did 2 and helped the dude for about 15 minutes and then she didn't even say sorry it was her friend cause they spoke throughly the time next time I'll be very fresh moved aside cause I'm a kind person next time I won't

They close whenever they feel like it, so DO NOT go by the hours listed on their Google page, instead call them and make sure they are open. That is if they even bother to answer the phone. Three times this place has been closed leaving me unable to cash my check, thus no money for the day. Once used up my gas coming here to cash a check ,they were closed despite it only being 515pm and I was stranded with no gas, no money to get home. The automatic response negative reviews get are laughable because no one even bothers to change anything or better their so called "business ". The Payomatic in the Coram location is usually the same exact way. Their "employee" close up and leave whatever time they please too!

For a few weeks they were closing early because no one wants to work 14 hour days and there is noone that can qualify to handle money .but last few weeks every friday evening when I cash my check it has been open till 9pm.or 8 pm..dont call them waste of time they never answer phone..

They either close and open whenever they want, or the times of operation online aren’t right. That mixed with being asked for part of my check by some guy standing outside every time I leave, definitely a one star spot.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I go to the Shirley check cash and never have as much as a hard time as medford.. I waited an hour where people are not social distancing and a line of 20 people out the door.. Everytime I am here only one person at counter!!! & please dont respond back unless you will actually do something to fix this.

Went to cash my ss check and lady made coment saying.I guess you tell them anything and they give u a lot of money.first time I go there.I asked her if she was talking to me and what she ment and she says.ohh no that ss my daughter is on it.she doesn't even know me I have 2 uncurable deseases that won't allow me to work and I'm very depressed. I trade my health for hers.at the end she didn't cash my chech saying it was too early when I have cashed it at other place.God Bless That lady.makes me sad..

I've been coming here most of 2020 now when another local check cashing went sporadic with hours and running out of money often. Other than one time not being open when they should have been, pretty dependable here. Only one "teller" seems to be the norm, not too bad unless there's a line of more than 5 people or so. The worst is when a customer does 6 transactions that take too long while there is a line!!! There should be a limit, then get back on line for more! Sometimes it may seem like the teller is slow, but keep in mind they are handling money, very easy to make a mistake when busy.

If I can give them zero stars I would, terrible slow place with only 1 person working at turtle speed. As well they ask way too much personal info just to cash a check. Go to the check cashing place in Shirley!!!

i’ve grown to hate this place online it states they close at 9 but i show up at 7 and they are closed this has happened multiple times to me and i’m growing to get sick of it i’ve called corporate and still nothing if you call the phone almost all the time it will state they are closed

The worst customs service ever... just one window was open... dnd there was a lot of people on line
