Great customer service. Very hard to find good customer service at big branch banks. TD Bank does a great job at keeping customers happy all the equipment it’s new tellers are very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help you with whatever financial questions you may have. EC banking from the app to the walk-in location. Very friendly atmosphere you never feel pressure. I highly recommend the staff as well as the bank itself. A lot of branches in the area make it very easy for banking. They open on Sundays I think they might be the only bank that does that. Sunday banking is very important specially if you work throughout the week.Never spend more than five minutes when I go to this bank I am always in and out of here and everything done in less than five minutes. Highly recommend

After going to another TD Bank and being disappointed with the service, I decided to stop by here today and I am glad I did. Faiza was a pleasure to work with. She definitely knows about providing excellent customer service. The representative at the other branch did not want to assist and seemed "annoyed" but Faiza was not at all like that.There is nothing "normal" right now so when someone is kind and looking to do what best suits the client, it should be recognized. Thank you Faiza for a job well done.

Every time I come here I get the best customer care, Today was a good example, This morning I came in with an issue in my accounts and Gina Dowd (sales manager) did the best to solve my problem (wasn't easy) She did a great job with the best attitude! I am extremetly Thankful! Thank you for always providing the best service.

This branch is exceptional as a team with a great leadership. From the top to the bottom, they help the customers humbly and genuinely as best as they can.

Great staff very helpful open on holidays what more could you ask for, iam disable and as soon as they see me come in, they are right there to help me. And also holds the door open for me,when I come in and go out,I wish there were more stars,I rate them a definite 10.

I love coming in to the branch. From the moment I step a foot in to the branch I already feel a warmly welcome. Such a friendly environment and staff. There is this Spanish girl on the teller side who always have a beautiful smile on and has a very friendly personality. She has helped a lot with my difficult transactions. She always assures that I get out of the bank with no doubts. Very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, this branch is the best branch I ever been to.

I have had some really bad experiences here, i've come in on the weekends and the line has been out to the doors. Then it was literally the blind leading the blind. The tellers were not very knowledgeable and I was so irritated that I walked out without making my deposit. I also had my debit card get lost in the ATM. This happened at night and the lady replaced it right away when I came into the branch the next day. Some of the people at the desk are pretty good which is why I gave them two stars and not one.

Good local place but very slow in the mornings.

Called td bank and they hung up on me not this one the 24 hour one but they don’t have a review thing so Ig now I know to never use my card and then cancel it and use chase instead that was so unprofessional

Went from being open late to being closed at 3 PM. The drive-thru isn't even open which is ridiculous on a Friday
