    COVID19 PLAYGROUND! They put up signs and marked the floor every 6 feet but that’s about as far as it goes. With a public health order in place requiring masks to be worn in public places the customers at this location are forced to remove their masks in order to be attended to. I was shocked when I was denied service because I refused to my health at risk! Neither of the two employees on duty were wearing their masks correctly (one was protecting a chin and the other was not covering the nose) so I’m not That surprised at their behavior they obviously don’t understand how and management should be ashamed.

    My husband and I received the WORST customer service experienced EVER at this location recently by the so called manager this woman is EXTREMELY rude so I decided to look into the reviews on this location and their it was all on how this person verbally mistreats and gives customers a hard time she is NASTY and has ZERO customer service professionalism my question is what are the 🤔 HIGHER UP are doing about it her conduct should be taken SERIOUSLY and from myself and all the customers that she has given them an AWFUL experience we STRONGLY suggest that she should be FIRED!!!!!!!!!!👌😡

    One of my worst customer service experience, agent have no regards for customers, talk to customers as if you are there to beg. I have had bad customer service in this branch in past but today's experience is seriously worst than ever. Something needs to be done to retrain the agents and their manager who does nothing to make sure customers are taken care of. I will not recommend this business to anyone else.
