I never have a problem cashing checks and paying my bills, such as rent, cable, credit cards or even sending currency via Western Union,of course there is a fee for any one of the offers I just explained above.

Place is clean quick empty and the service is great. Everyone working here is friendly and always pleasant. Never once had a bad experience. Be well and be safe and thank you for your services.

this Payomatic has a Coinstar machine, so you cash out your loose change. this review is only for using the Coinstar here. if you live in NYC, you’ll notice no one wants your loose change: stores don’t want it and begrudgingly accept it; your local banks rarely accept it if even you roll up the coins, and you don’t want it bc all it does is create gigantically heavy piggy banks that you have to lug somewhere. Okay so the homeless do want your loose change but they’d rather have your dollar bills lol! honestly why have coins as legal tender if no one wants it! 😂 while Coinstar @ Payomatic doesn’t save you the arduous task of carrying tons of loose change to a location. it does sort your change and give you an option to cash out in paper money. CAVEAT: Coinstar takes ~12 cents outta every dollar as a fee. translation $12 out of every $100 you cash out. 12% is steep but what other options are there? no one wants your pennies. this Coinstar location is clean and we’ll-maintained. of course, there is a “homeless” guy opening the door for a tip. the Coinstar machine is to the left of the entrance. basically you pour your change into a slotted dispenser in waves and the machines counts it. some coins won’t get counted and get dropped into a slot below. you’ll need to put those coins through again to get counted. once you’re done and the machine is done counting, you hit a button and you get a paper voucher for cash owed minus the Coinstar fee. take the voucher to the window and then they will pay you out in cash. i’ve used this location once and everything went smoothly. i poured in ~ $200 of change through and got cashed out within 10 - 15 minutes. the staff is nice enough. drops mic cuz i believe in CHANGE

Always a line so just expect it. Usually only one person working at the window. Payomatic really needs to rethink their customer service. You guys are always going to be busy so you need 2 cashiers at the window at all times.

This location is always under staffed. No matter what time of day. Only one or two cashiers who take their time. (Paid by the hour).

Amazing place. The Beautiful Manager was super nice and helpful took extra steps to cash my check. Everyone go here for your cash checking needs.

I go here to use the service for western union. They cash checks and sell metrocards and lotto tickets. Nice A/c and usually clean. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because sometimes there are people outside that beg for money which at times can be a real downer.

I love the check cashing place they always friendly and they no there buisness.

Not open 24/7 like they say. Went there and was turned away 12am on 2/22. Please fire the girl that closed early and locked the doors but continued to stay behind the desk on her phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

It took me 15 minutes just to pick my own money up. One guy sitting around and conversing with the teller which slowed up the process even more.
