Bank of America Financial Center Delancey St, New York

If i could give Bank of America 0 minus stars & Rating I would, worst untrusting bank ever they work together with the pros & Cons don’t give a damm for THIER Customers hard earned money switching & so should everyone else. Beware!!! The 14 street & union square Bank of America worker at bank goes by torres gave away $30 Grand into the wrong Hands & nothing is being done about it happening to a good friend of mine as I’m posting this, so be Ready for a lawsuit thank you very much.

Went by today at 9:25 am. Completely broke and did not have my bank card which would not serve any purpose because this branch on Delancey Street and Ludlow NYC had a big sign that read "temporarily closed" No explanation as to why. Needlesss to say I had to go back home. I was on my way to work. Now I have to look for another branch. I looked online and it turns out that quite a few branches are temporarily closed. Its odd. Makes me suspicious.

Worst Bank of America in history, they NEVER open on time. Bank of America service has fallen big time. Changing banks this week, maybe chase will follow thru and open their financial locations on time

You guys were great I dont know what happened,you're atm SYSTEM SUCKS a whole lot if it isn't the door not working properly to get to the atm it's the atm machines that AREN'T working or you deposit a check for a thousand and only $41.00 shows up...this is the second week I deposited a check and only $41.00 cleared and the funny thing is these incidents mostly occurs on fridays SMH

Treatment a few weeks back was a little odd. I suspect they get a lot of addicts or something because I have never been treated as a SUSPECT while banking. My experience trying to take out $20 with a teller was bizarre. I had my license and credit card and wanted to take out money from my checking - fairly simple, give drivers license and make withdrawal. I spoke with a teller, and then who I believe was likely a floor or managing agent. Given there was no line the experience took to long, should be in and out. I took my lunch break, a bank stop and kiosk order from McDonalds on the same block should have been smooth, took too long and my McDonalds was cold when I picked it up... Suggestion don't treat customer comers like they're suspects because they don't have a debit card in hand. The experience made me question why I use Bank of America, after some thought I realized that I should look into other banks- from what I can tell my credit card and savings account are extremely below market rate returns/ benefits. I plan on opening new accounts with other institutions in the near future. I don't see a reason to close my accounts I've used BAC for access to local branches. When given subpar experience it's no longer convenient.

Empty no body’s goes to the branch all customers prefer using the ATM machine better than goes to the branch,Employees from Bank of America just standing there no greetings, the tellers were all outside you won’t know who is the the teller, financial advisor or the greater, I won’t come back to the Delancey branch better walk more and go to Bowery branch

Bank is closed again and none of the ATM machines are working at this location. Very inconvenient for customers. This is the second time they have closed and it seems lack of staff or due to employees with COVID . I am thinking about switching to CHASE because the inconvenience is not working with me and I will prefer a more responsible branch that can work with my needs as a customer.

Professional and kind staff. Waiting line 20 minutes,only 1 window open. 1 teller working in the window, 3 persons walking inside the branch and watching how she works and supervising her? I just can't understand, how is that possible? They trying to send everyone to ATM, but if you need certified check, you can't get it from ATM. Please make an option to get certified check from ATM, and I will not bother tellers at all. But I think there is much more situations when you need teller and go to the window. There is also elderly people, who can't use ATM. Dear Management Please have at least 2 windows Open while busy hours, because it is not fun to spend 20 minutes in lane, when it takes only 3 minutes to get certified check. 5 stars given because staff provided professional services and lady was very kind. For 20 minutes waiting in lane 0 Stars.

I have to say that this branch has the best customer service by far. I would recommend Isaiah for any banking questions and needs! He was just simple the best! Thank you!

I went here for a consultation with a mortgage specialist. She was very accommodating, considering the fact that I made it clear that I was nowhere close to being able to buy a home. I basically was there just to get some basic information. I have worked in commission based sales, and since you aren't hourly, it is commonplace to dismiss a person when you know they aren't serious. Why waste time with me when she can make a fortune off of the next person? But still she was very patient and polite, but most importantly very informative.
