    I met with Jia Ling Chen. She was extremely helpful and thorough.     I returned to effect a quick cash a check transaction and the teller simply rejected it because he was new. Avoid tellers Rui Wang and Steve Ng as they are utterly inexperienced and not customer oriented.

    I waited here for twenty minutes and no one came to receive or ask questions. The people in front and back of me waited impatiently and left. This bank really doesn't care about its customers. Spicy chicken
