Nope . Super rude and try take advantage of you . I worked in gems, in fine jewelry for over a decade. This guy tried taking me for an epic ride , not knowing i know what i am talking about . I would not expect a fair price here nor respectful treatment of you or your pieces .

After roaming through canal street and having several negative experiences with various jewelry stores, it was a breathe of fresh air to stumble upon exclusive jewelers. The instant I walked into the store, Kaitlin greeted me and was so helpful. She answered all of my questions, showed me all of the jewelry I was interested in, and made sure I didn’t feel pressured until David could assist me. After a couple of minutes and browsing through various jewelry items, I left the store with a beautiful anklet at an incredible price. I was so pleased with my experience that I had to return with my mother and buy a couple more pieces of jewelry. I have now found my new jewelry store and will be visiting Kaitlin, David, and Ellie for all of my future purchases. If you’re looking for jewelers that will listen to what you want and will go out of their way to make sure you leave as a happy customer with the jewelry of your dreams, this is the place for you!

Great place! I came for the first time 2 years ago to fix few bracelets and they were very nice and helpful, they repaired my bracelets in less than an hour. I also sold to them few of my old gold Jewelery. I really like the atmosphere, it’s very friendly. I later on, asked them to customize some Jewelery, two rings and a necklace. They were very attentive and reproduce the idea I had in mind perfectly. For one of the ring the size was still a little too big, they took the time needed and keep working on it until I was 100% satisfied! They did not charge for the extra work of re-sizing the ring. Overall I’m very satisfied with the place and will certainly keep going there.

I came here because I was recommended by a friend who told me the customer service great, but in my case I didn’t experience that. I came here wanted to sell a 14k gold charm that I don’t really want, I step in the store and one guy said hi to me and that’s it nothing else he was on his phone showing something to a guy. So when I finally spoke up to say something (about selling my charm) he passed me over to another guy, not friendly gave him my charm he looked at it and asked “is this yours?” and I highly took offense to that like sir I can afford a $200 + charm thanks and also I sold gold before and was never asked that, but anyway he throws it (literally) on the scale and quotes me $50 which I didn’t understand and he didn’t explain why he quoted $50. But when I mentioned that my friend sold almost the same thing and how she got more then $50 that’s when he wanted to explain to me that cause it’s engraved he has to polish it and buff it out which is understandable but you should have said that instead of just saying $50 with no explanation. So I said thanks but no thanks and by the time I got to the door he said “I can give you $100 if you want” again feeling like you think I’m desperate for money and if I didn’t mention my friend you wouldn’t even try to offer the $100. If this is how you treat people of color please do better because this is my first and last time coming here.

This was my first experience with a jeweler and the stakes were high — I was having my late father’s gold bracelet and necklace repaired to wear. David and Eli immediately felt like friends I could trust and gave me a very reasonable deal. Both came back polished and ready to wear within a day or two. And I feel like I made two new friends out of the deal. Highly recommend!

I found this shop by accident, walking to the subway on Canal Street and am very glad I did. By contrast with other jewelers I spoke with when looking for a diamond ring there was zero pressure, just an explanation of the options in my price range, a good selection of stones to choose from, both certified and not certified - and when I made a choice they got the setting I wanted and got it sized quickly and efficiently. Eli and David deserve great credit for their integrity and their fair pricing. It's refreshing to find a merchant like this.

I found David and Eli via Google and was very glad that I did. I had some important family items (coins and watches) that needed some attention and their expertise. I found them to be honest, transparent and very knowledgeable. Over the few weeks that we worked together, their communication was prompt and responsive. I am very satisfied with my experience at their business and highly recommend them. In the future, they will be my first stop for any jewelry or watch needs.

I was on vacation in New York City and ventured out to Canal street in hopes of finding a “s” pendant that I haven’t been able to find anywhere. After a couple of failed attempts I was lucky enough to stumble upon this jewelry store and I couldn’t be happier. David and his brother Ellie were beyond helpful and helped me, my sister, and aunt find everything we were looking for. They were patient and accommodating and at the end of of the day I left feeling valued as a customer and extremely pleased with my experience. If you come here ask for David he is phenomenal. I had a couple old pieces of jewelry that I wanted to get rid of and the service was 10/10. If I didn’t seem happy with the price I got he made sure he did everything he could so I could leave satisfied which I did. The other girl behind the glass was very friendly aswell. There are a lot of jewelry places around but I guarantee you will not be disappointed coming here. I certainly will be back.

Came here to get appraisal for a few items and had a wonderful experience! The staff/owners provide top quality service and are extremely knowledgable. They gave me a great appraisal and purchased my items for more than I expected. Furthermore they have an extensive collection of fine jewelry from all major designers. Could not recommend this place more for buying and selling fine jewelry!!
