The staff has always been courteous and very willing to work with me. Even when I have been in a bind they have offered reasonable ways to help me get back on track. Though these types of loans do have a bit higher interest rate this company seems to be on the lower end of these interest rates. The Blvd. location has always provided professional and kind service. The above was a review from 2 years ago. Up until today I would still agree. Just experienced a complete said one thing last month and completely changed the story today. Was made to feel as if I was a liar. I always take notes on conversations dealing with money. I know what was offered last month as well as the offers via text. But certainly was not the offer today. Not the great service I have come to know and value.

I went to Payment 1 Financial on Amarillo Blvd 1/21/2020 just trying to weigh my options. I spoke to Brooke whom was very helpful & knowledgeable. She entered my tax refund in less than 5 minutes. She advised me i was eligible for a tax advance but i wouldn't get it until 1/27/2020 when the IRS actually went live. I advised her i would wait because i needed the advance this week and i would continue to weigh my options. I looked around some more and none of the tax places were reasonable. They were all charging $500 & more. I was beginning to feel discouraged then i received a call from Brooke stating that she received someone elses check shortly after i had left. She advised if i wanted to come back to finish the process then i may. I went back and all i had to do was sign two papers then it was complete. She advised me i should get my check on 1/22/2020 by 12 p.m. I received a call from her around 9:50 a.m. advising me she had bad news. Lol my heart really dropped then Brooke said I have your check. Lol then i began to laugh...she had my heart racing for no reason. I really appreciate the fast process & how cheap it is to file with them. Thank you Brooke for being so kind & helping me out tremendously! I do recommend Payment 1 Financial to everyone if you are looking for a reasonable price & nice customer service!!

My husband and I each have an account with them and I have never had an issue. They work with us if we need a few days extension and it’s easy to go in a refinance. No complaints here!

I have had my loans thru here forever, never been late ever! I called to see if they could extend my payment less than 10 days to be able to buy my son some eye glasses and they flat told me I could not! I know all the management is new however the customers are not! When I pay my current loan off I will never return! I will also tell everyone I know not to use payment 1! Zero stars if I could
