Pawned John Wayne 45 new Ruger revolver for 400 Made payment on it. Been in there 3 times. Went to pick it up and they tell me on a CARD this is 3 percent charge. Bring cash and no 3 percent charge. I was never told this by staff and 12 bucks later I was charged for NOT bringing CASH. I have a sked to keep and paid it. Called back trying to reverse this. They refused saying I'll split it with you. 12 dollars and they lose a whole family of customers. Wow....12 dollars and lost a customer. They admitted fault and will not make it right.....This is greed..... confirmed for sure......

I've never had a promblem getting any kind of firearm but got told I couldn't look at anything or touch any cause I had "Cannabis" clothing on...This place is ridiculous! my clothes make me a threat??

My dad, recently deceased, would go here frequently and always spoke highly of them. I went there to get his items out and understand why he chose this place. The shop is clean and neat in appearance, their selection of firearms, parts, and accessories is great. But the best part was the staff and how friendly and helpful they were.

If you are looking for firearms, this is the place to go! If they don't have it, they can order it for you! All of their staff is knowledgeable about their firearms in stock and if one doesn't know anything about an item, they will find the answer for you. The staff makes you feel welcomed and as if they have known you for years. Their gunsmith's in the back are also amazing as well. I have had several items worked on and tweaked with them. All in all this is my go-to gun shop.

I've made several purchases from these people over the past year, and so far everything has been better than expected. Even when a mistake was made they were prompt to fix it, and seemed very happy to help. I will always go to them first when looking for a firearm.
