Terrible service always have an attitude even when they make errors that cause you to come back consecutive days. No sympathy for the people who's money they manage. Address on website is 6912 pearl road not 7552 pearl road. incorrect and has been for a long time. If you can try to keep interactions limited.

This company is not worth the trouble! They don’t pay you. Or they pay the wrong amount.... they way understaff houses and put employees in terrible positions with clients!!!! Still trying to get my pay! As soon as you complain the boss is conveniently on vacation! Owner gives you the run around to all the other people in the office who just tell you what it takes for you to go away!!!

They're horrible people. Natalie and Libby are very dishonest people and will not pay your bills on time if ever. They're liars. Find someone else. Northeast Ohio Payee in Westlake is much much better.😁

Very unorganized, communication skills sucked, staff is ghetto, non-appreciation. Will abandon you on shift for three shifts. Don't care how there clients houses look or smell. Don't take the clients food shopping for real food. Really don't care over all.

Worst place to work for direct care : •Understaffed houses •clients work shop smells horrible •underpaid •supervisors or office never answers their phones •no company cars RUN WHILE YOU CAN!
