After having my first Joe Rodeo diamond watch serviced by them,I continued to do business with them, and so my second Joe Rodeo watch all I wanted was the band replaced,not only did they replaced it on backwards, they claimed it was to default to reverse their mistake and I have to go somewhere else to get the band replaced in the right position. And his attitude was dry and quiet dry when asked about his jewellers mistake, he just stared at as if he was uninterested by my dissatisfaction. Never would I do any business here, and I warn others, to go somewhere else.

We bought my engagement ring here a couple of weeks ago and we were very impressed by their service. The price for the ring included sizing up to two sizes for free. My ring came sized perfectly and was done in two days (Saturday-Monday). Great experience!

Very poor interaction with the owner and employee. Was quoted a price and asked to come back the next day since they were closing soon. The next day I was told the cost was going to be almost triple the original amount quoted.

Your not handicaped accepted been trying to get in parking space for 4 days .white truck parked there .Can't get out of car with wheel chair. Took my Rolex,and old stuff to another. Hope you do better with public relations

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They told us one thing and when we went to make our payment they had forfeited our item. During this pandemic at that. They are horrible people. They are not open when their signs say they should be. I am reporting to the better business Bureau
