Payday Pawn Inc McDonough

So i sent my wife to pawn a tool till payday. Nevermind the low offer , but my wife went to leave and found out she had locked herself and my 2 year old son OUT OF THE CAR -AND IT WAS 11 AM AND 40 DEGREES OUTSIDE! , witch is no big deal because i have a spare... but guess where our phone was ? In the car. The guy inside was rude and told her with a laugh ,when she walked back inside carrying our son , " no i cant let you do that. " so she had to walk to the nearest place else with our son and use there phone. I hope the guy is reading this. And i hope you know your a real @$$ for not letting her use the phone.

This guy sell products that don't work. I bought a drill and neither battery will hold power. It worked at the store but when I fully charged the battery, it wouldn't work. He has a bunch of junk! Beware!

The owners here are shady. ..i don't deal with pawn shops a lot and this place reminds me why.The store is filthy and unorganized. Their hours of operation are not consistent and they never answer the phone. As a customer, I could forgive these issues if they were honest, pleasant people but they are not. It is a husband and wife team who own the store; he will do every underhanded and sneaky tactic to try to keep your items. My recommendation : DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE CROOKS!

I have been doing business here fir over a year now. I am always greeted and called by name when i walk through the door. I am akways treated with respect and have never experienced a problem with the owners. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Maybe the ones who are talking negative get treated according to how they treat them. In any case i am very satisfied with my experiences here.

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE It’s plenty of nicer pawn shops to go too. They are a total RIP OFF and it really shocked me how they treat ppl who is keeping there business open. I have been knowing them for a long time and it amazes me how they treated me I brought a laptop and the one he gave me had a virus and wouldn’t connect to the internet I took it back with nothing but respect and ask for a different one I then got a different to get home and find out the battery was damaged I took that back he gave me such an hard time and told me to just go and buy a battery I insisted I wouldn’t or I would have gotten a new laptop I got hung up on several times in the phone and I was told he would purchase a battery for the laptop I call back and he says he haven’t checked yet then hung up I called back a couple secs later and now he says the batter is $40 and I pay half don’t trust these people at all God doesn’t like ugly and they will definitely get what they deserve.

The place has all the stuff one can expect in a PAWN store. Highly professional Team .

Omg, for those saying their prices or offers are unfair , what do you expect? They are in the business of bartering! If you don't have the money to spend or don't agree then go elsewhere! They are a super good set of people! Rude? The only way you could even get rude from them is if you went in there with an attitude or just didn't get your w as y or they didn't want or have no use or value for whatever junk you took in there! I'm astonished at the negative comments on these reviews! I've known them for years and they've looked out for me many times when I had hard times the best they could. They will respect you as long as you go in there with respect, idk why people go in a pawn shop and expect to get the same price as a thrift store, it's a business of making money, not a goodwill shop, lol

Ali at payday pawn was simply amazing ! After coming in to his store in a bad mood and in need of more than what I came in for . He not only serviced me but gave me the most amazing customer service I’ve personally ever received. I would recommend payday pawn or simply talking to Ali if u ever needed someone who would genuinely care about the service he gives .

I have been going to these people for 5 plus years. The best place/people I have ever met!!! Always concerned about my well being always working with me and helping me out. I have never had a bad word to say about these people. I think the people in here are just mad cause they didn't get their way about something so wanting to make them pay for it some way or another. I would definitely recommend payday pawn!!!
