I used to like speaking with Rico but he no longer works for the company. He was always so nice and respectful. I called yesterday and forgot who I spoke with but she was rude and was having a conversation with a Co worker while I was on the phone. I will not call this location again!

I have had three consecutive loans with this company since 2017 and have met obligations for repaying all three times. Just coming off the road as an OTR driver my credit rating was low. I established these loans and paid on time and early so it enabled me to bring my rating up to an excellent mark and I was able to purchase my first home Nov 2019. Their staff has always been accommodating and personable. The process of getting the loans was time efficient and stress free. Key to success with this company is to never be late on payments and pay off earlier than expected to save money. Don't borrow beyond your means of repaying. I would always recommend highly! Rico!! I hope I'm spelling his name correctly. I was in the process of moving when I noticed I was short on funds. I reached out and lucky for me Rico was the one handling everything for me. First and foremost taking out a loan no matter the amount can be tedious and also frustrating. Rico made the experience pleasant by being personable and beyond helpful. I had a loan with One Main once before and once I paid it off decided I would not go that route again. Funny how life happens. Rico went above and beyond. He kept me in the loop, helped me with alternate ways of getting the needed information and even cracked a few jokes with me. Its ppl like him that makes companies thrive. Thank you for everything Rico!!! Again, I hope I'm spelling/saying your name correctly.

This location is great especially Ricardo, he was very efficient and professional. He had me in and out the office in no time with a $10,000 approval. I highly recommend them.

Rico was extremely professional. Extremely helpful. Had the loan done within an hour, no hassle no headache.

They make it seem like you were approved for the loan gave me the amount I was supposed to have been approved for and the only thing you have do is send in the requested information, which I understand most loan companies do, but they check the information beforehand (other loan companies). This is bad business practice. They should of have stated on the phone that the requested information would need to be reviewed first before offering a person a loan. I had to send in personal information for no reason just to be denied for the loan in the end. Do better onemain.

Spoke with Rico. He said I qualified for a loan downloaded all the paper work for them to say they couldn't give me a loan. When I did not have collateral they offered me 1000 now I got collateral and the won't even give me 5 dollars said the value of the car wasn't enough. Get it together

These people are very rude, they get you in the phone and get real personal REALLY FAST! I was approved online and denied over the phone which is fine because the lady Regina answered the phone talking over me and cutting me off every time I asked a question. Also, unprofessional. I will be apply to 1st Franklin Financial, they have a lot better ratings and reviews.

I was online looking for a consolation loan on a website and received a call from one main financial here in Henry county and was told I was approved for a loan. They then tell me to come out to complete the loan and then told me I was just denied once I came into the building despite what I was told over the phone. That was first experience I then weeks later again applied online not to them but another company but they called me back once again the same branch and I explained to the gentleman my last experience with them and he assured me once I provide what they asked for I would be approved for the loan. I was reluctant based on prior experience so I left it alone. I received a call next morning Brock Becky saying that all I had to do was supply the necessary documents which I did and to come in so I left work to come 30 miles there. As soon as I walked in the door I get the same strange look then was sat in room by myself after they have copied all my sensitive information for the second time then come in and tell me I was denied once again and look for a letter in the mail. I think I wasn’t supposed to look the way I do and actually get approved everything I provided is what the requested but upon arrival I think I might look too ethnic for them despite I qualified. Until I didn’t qualify anymore for some strange reason. Once I get there in person. Will be complaining about discrimination to the state don’t do business with this branch. I’m sure they all don’t operate like that but this one sure seems too. Total waste of time energy and just data collections. #theracistbranch
