Shame! When you walk in the worker is sleeping On the counter then you have the older lady smoking hookah pen in the store. They have 2 locations same owner and let me tell you they are completely different in management! My opinion go to Lancaster ave honestly very disappointed! Trust skip -10 stars if I was able to give it

They can’t tell you what time of day they’ll take pawns.The simply say, “Money in, money out. You know.” Nope, don’t get it. Never see a business not want business. Doesn’t matter the time of day. This business fails to communicate effectively. They also, didn’t have money by mid day. Returned 2 more times on different days, and service wasn’t any better. They also, still couldnt process a pawns. Almost seems like the business itself needs a loan. I found a new shop and won’t be returning to this one. I’d suggest yous do too!

Christen was very polite and helpful she was really knowledgeable and helped my mother in law and father in law pic out the perfect engagement rings and wedding bands. She didnt make us feel like just another sale she made us feel like we were family...i highly recommended seeing her to anyone looking to make purchases. Thank you again Christen, God Bless

They supposed to open at 10:00 am, but NOO they open almost at 11:00 am, and more wrong when u have to pay for the parking, if the owner or manager dont want to open at 10am, change the door sign that way customer dont stay outside for 1 hour waisting their time

Do not use these guys. They lie they do not follow through with what they tell you on the phone. I have been waiting four over a week for a loan with them and all I did was get a run around bad customer service. It won’t let me give a zero star because I would’ve gave him zero stars.Also they block your number whenever you’re trying to call them after you tell them you’re going to give them a bad review do not use them I repeat do not use these people

I just had the most awesome experience with the wonderful gorgeous Brown eyed girl that works in this pawn shop her name is Christina. My homegirl and I came in there with matching snap-on jackets and she picked up on that really quickly. I found out she's an Aries born on April 21st and anyone that has that pretty of brown eyes, and is that great at suggested selling is working at the right spot. She's an awesome character, her charisma, her energy, and positive spirit made my day. I left there spending a lot more money than I thought I was going to spend and the owner seemed happy. If you looking for a great deal on used things many different knick knacks and you want to check out this woman's amazing brown eyes then I suggest you go by this pawn shop and take a look around.
