I had ordered a firearm online and had it delivered here because they are an FFA dealer. As a first time buyer, I really appreciated all the great info I was given while we waited for my background check to come back. I believe he was the owner because his daughter was working there. I appreciate the efficiency of the business and the wealth of info. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this business

They have great guitars, firearms and collectibles. I really like going there when I’m in Cottonwood. I’ve bought a guitar and various other items there. So why is this not a five star review? Well, I have had three experiences at Pawn Palace. The first and last were great, the middle one was not (in fact it was downright bad). I will say that the person who helped me the second time does not seem to be there anymore; at least I have not seen them in a while. They do have a great selection of clean, high-end items. The store is well lit and shows well. The owner, Tanner, is very easy to work with and very professional and helpful. I was in there today and he was a pleasure to work with and even stayed open a little late for me. If I have a good experience next time I’ll bump this up to five stars and chalk the second time to someone having a bad day!

I have purchased several guns here and have always had great experiences. Tanner and his Family run an outstanding operation here and I always find great products and receive plenty of answers to questions. Well done!

Super friendly place. Their inventory is up and down like many pawn shops, but they are so helpful. We found lots of good tools and musical instruments. Looks like their gun inventory is great too.

I have had to pawn guns here not once, but twice due to some unfortunate health circumstances. The folks here gave me fair prices for the the guns when I pawned them and the first time I was able to pick them back up, no hassles. The second time, unfortunately, I had to leave them. I find them to be a reputable business and the people are easy to work with. I have recently purchased guns from them and again, had no problems and the transactions went smoothly. I will continue to support this fine local business. They do a great job for the community.

I have purchased three pistols from Pawn Palace in the past couple years. They have always been super helpful, have allowed me to dry fire them, showed me as many potential choices as I want to look at, and have answered all my questions. These folk are super courteous and professional, the shop is very neat and orderly, and the prices are very competitive (lower than I've seen on some of the big store's websites). I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Have used Pawn Palace for gun pick ups/sales about 5-6 times over about 6-8 years, most recently a week ago. I was told that information indicated I d left a bad review of the business by the owner.... There must have been a mistake-my name is fairly common....I don’t think I’ve ever left a review, good or bad, for any business online, ever, before today.... Anyway, for the record, this is a GOOD place to do business. I have always had a good experience there, would continue to do business there, and recommend them for firearm pick ups or if you’re interested in selling a gun; I’ve never pawned anything, anywhere. The woman is particularly nice( .....not that the man isn’t 🙂) 5 star experience /highly recommend

Due to my poor customer service and over priced ammo at smoking guns in town I started searching else where. In which I came across pawn palace. Loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Friendly and ready to answer any and all questions. Very friendly and super helpful in all aspects. If they don't have something you want or in shock they will do what they can to get you what you are looking for. I recommend anyone to this store. You won't ever be disappointed in customer service, and or prices.

Tanner and Natalie are just plain awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly and well, just good people. They have always been kind, courteous and willing to go the extra mile for me and plenty of others. You see a lot in there lol. Great 2A selection and fantastic prices. They even beat out a lot of the "Big dog" stores in prices and availability. You really feel like your business is appreciated there. I would recommend them with 100% confidence. They will take care of you.

Came into this store about a week ago with my family to pick up a instrument to learn, huge variety of music and was able to find the perfect instrument for me. Wife was able to look at jewelry and guns while I was upstairs. So they have things for everyone!

I have alwas had a pleasant experience doing gun transfers at the Pawn Palace. Only $15 and solid inventory of both new and used firearms on display. Today my experience was very bad. So much so that I will be driving further and paying more just so I won't need to deal with that very unhappy lady working the counter today.
