Chad at Fairway Mortgage Corp did a great, bang up job working to assist me getting a loan for a 2nd home. Highly recommended. This high rating is well deserved and not just a frivolous write up. I seldom make compliments nor take the time to do online ratings. Chad did a great job working a complex situation and deserves the rating. He helped coordinate 3 different options I could qualify for with varying interests rates based on my income and tax returns, and worked the market to get me the lowest rate at the time, an incredible deal for what I was doing with a $2.3M property. And, he still had a back up loan consideration if the "conventional" fell through to enable my deal. He turned document requirements and requests around very quickly; frequently exchanging emails and phone calls late at night and on weekends in order to meet deadlines.
