Pawn King S Quebec St, Denver

I’ve been coming to this pawn shop for a while now and never have I had such a horrible experience as I did today. I walk in and one of the male workers is yelling at someone on the phone and being extremely disrespectful, cussing at one of the female workers right in front of me. I didn’t get a name but he has a cross tattoo on his neck and a small tattoo under his eye. I guess he was having a bad day, but this guys attitude was terrible and unacceptable. I definitely didn’t hesitate to match his energy too. Mad respect for the Female worker for handling the situation professionally and standing her ground, I can’t give her 5 stars on this review but she definitely deserves a raise or something, she’s got patience forsure.

I am a female painter that came in to buy some tools. It was so nice to see a female on top of her game no her stuff and when she didn’t didn’t hesitate to look it up for me. I even your prices back-and-forth with her without her getting defensive. That’s customer service if you ask me. In a world war customer service is fleeting and people that know and do their job is almost extinct

Thank you for being so friendly and helpful for my first time. You provided top dollar and helped me substantially in a pinch. I definitely would recommend your services/shop to anyone in need. I was surprised to see all kinds of merchandise from the usual stuff to name brand purses and shoes. Very clean and organized.

Everyone was friendly and I was greeted with smiles. Rico was especially friendly and considerate. He wasn’t able to buy my necklace for the price I wanted but he made sure I understood why. I would recommend this place just based on their friendliness and honesty.

This place is amazing and second to none the service I recieved from Alexis & Mayra was completely professional. I felt as if i knew them for years.. I was given more than fair offers on my items. There personalities was indescribably amazing along with there Model looks. The where very knowledgeable in the items I had brought forth.. I would more than recommend anyone in need to indeed use Pawn Kings because the have to queens that reign over the business.

First off my friend and I was greeted immediately before we could get through the door that made me feel welcomed from that point on I knew we were going to be treated with care and respect and most importantly fairly and I was right the man and woman I think they were the owners don't quote me on that! But like i said we were treated very fairly and with respect so for that I recommend that anyone who lives anywhere in Denver that includes all four corners of Colorado to go down and visit the pawn king!! it will be well worth the drive because they are very fair on their pawns and the prices in the shop! I would like to say thank you to the pawn king for treating my friend and I with the respect that everyone in this world deserves!!! Thank you!! And you guys will be seeing me again you can count on it!

Great customer service friendly associates with a great atmosphere also I loved the shoes.

What a great place. The young lady that helped me was amazing so friendly. They make you feel like a person, this will be the only place I go if I need a loan real quick. Shop is clean with quality products not junk like other pawn shops. I highly recommend this place.

Didn't have the time or money to make it to another pawnshop, and these folks treated me fantastically! Interest is a little high but good mostly trustworthy pawn shop!
