Not only is the store disgusting, but so is the customer service. I know you can’t expect a lot from someone who works at a pawnshop, but I would at least expect that they open their door to customers. Rang the doorbell five times and the last time I rang it instead of coming to help she just yelled at me to pull the door (which was locked by the way). It only unlocked the sixth time I tried it, after me yelling back through the door that it’s locked. Not once did she get up to actually come and open the door or help. Then, I was told that a stainless steel $50 ring was worth nothing. Wouldn’t recommend it. Ended up selling my ring for $40 at a neighboring pawn shop.

Melissa was an amazing help for me in a time of need. I brought in a bit of a headache and she demonstrated what having patience really is and helped me get the cash I had to get today. Tx

I can't say enough about the individuals at Fast Cash... Good people attract good people. Melissa Irish is good people and so are her employees. I watch too much TV and I wasn't too sure how the whole pawn experience was going to go down. Nothing to worry about at all- the process is easy-I got what I needed and I felt very good about taking my business there and will definitely continue using Fast Cash from here on out. Had a blast in there making jokes and sharing stories. Today we laughed SO hard about OJ Simpson's ordeal in jail and I was in tears for REAL. Thanks Melissa. And thank you Fast Cash for just being REAL PEOPLE.

The firearm selection is slim, but every now and then there’s a good deal. Tools rarely ever are priced well, I’ve seen harbor freight tools here used for the same price as a new one at the store. Electronics and audio equipment are always priced well. Jewelry is fair in selection, quality, and price. The staff doesn’t seem to care about satisfaction, just to get you in and out, which is fine by me. They do their job, they answer questions, and they’re generally friendly. I’ve been here many times, purchased many things, and I’ll continue to support this business.

I love this shop so much! Melissa, Kendra & Svet are the best, always professional & reasonable with great customer service! I have seen them handle some of the worst customers with poise & finesse haha...they are always fair & as helpful as possible. & the people who work here do an awesome job of keeping qualify stuff on the shelves, from guns to electronics to tools & household appliances. This is the place to find sweet deals on a budget! Thanks so much for being such a great spot, I like you guys better than my bank ;)

I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service and have always had all my questions answered, and I ask a lot of dang questions haha, but they’re super cool especially the two managers I’ve dealt with, Mellissa and James(shoutout to Modesto and a fast recovery, a super cool guy). We don’t go all that often but me and my girl talk a lot so we got to know them a little deeper and found them to be awesome people. Anyway if you’re in a bind and need cash or want some dope stuff, especially hand guns, my gf got hers there. They’ve had a nice selection and variety including shotguns and rifles every time we’ve been there but they seem to always have a better selection of handguns. Nice ones. So I recommend checking them out, it’s our favorite fast cash. I don’t write reviews often so it makes it that much more meaningful. And no Harry Seaward is not my name. Manager lady has been rude and undermined me and other customers every time iv been there. She will absolutely do nothing to make your experience welcoming or speedy! Today was my 3rd and last time they will have my business. I strongly recommend never stepping foot in there if you want to enjoy the rest of your day.

Manager rudely laughed at the golf clubs I brought in before I even told him my intentions of selling them. He said “hahaha we don’t buy Walmart special clubs like those. Only name brand clubs.” It was embarrassing and rude so I made a joke to the nice woman at the counter asking her if he(the manager) always hates his life or just on days that end in “Y”? Lol Bottom line never had a good experience at this corporate style pawn shop. Don’t waste your time unless you wan to be laughed at.

Melissa the store manager is awesome. She is always so professional, conscientious, and attentive any time I come to the store. She has always been helpful since the day I met her! She definitely deserves from added recognition from the company if she hasn’t got it yet! 👍

Don't waste your time going here, the employees were cool but the manager is a lowballer. I should've gone back to Pawn King, find somewhere else definitely.

I would not recommend this establishment. While the employees were not rude, they do not help you out as much as EZ Pawn would. I highly recommend going somewhere else as my experience here was not worth my time.

This place is a joke, don't waste your time. I went here years ago and they offered good pawn prices for apple products, I don't know if management changed but they tried to offer $80 for a brand new series 4 Apple Watch stainless steel, box and all and $40 for an iPad mini. Really guys..Keep in mind both products are paid for...JOKE- don’t waste your time go someplace else Update: I went somewhere else and $200 for my watch.
