Horrible no very helpful, I have moved from another state and all of the Advance America`s I had dealt with before, they was very helpful. When I went in to this one a Heavy set Mexican female, was very short and no helpful at all. She seemed to have a attitude. Most places I`ve been to they will stand up. Not her she sat the whole time. And was kinda of snappy. She wasn't professional at all. I don't know if she just doesn't want to be there of she is just not happy about her size. Anyway not my problem they lost a customer, I went elsewhere.

Mary Ann, Divisional Director of Colorado, went out of her way to fix my NetSpend card. I had spent hours on the phone trying to talk to NetSpend to change my name. She took care of this for me instantly. This was amazing experience, and I would recommend this company.

Staff has been friendly and helpful. Not had any problems personally One warning, however. If you call them and get a computer, hang up. This means the local staff is busy and you've been transferred to the national office. They are a pain to deal with. Just hang up, wait a few minutes and try the local office again.

The associate tricked me into renewing my loan before the new loan policy rolled out. Now I’m stuck paying the high interest. I’m looking into paying this loan off as of tomorrow and I’ll avoid this place all together.

The only reason why I continue to go to the location is because of a pretty girl name Quirpa? (Excuse me if i spelled it wrong.) I go there to do a money gram and she is the most sweetest girl! Beautiful smile and always so friendly. She deserves more credit. Always greets me by name and always ask how my family is doing. She makes it personable and professional.

This one black woman was rude. Its 32° outside and snowing and she asked me to take off my beanie. I asked her why and she didn't give me an answer. I didn't want to take it off. Due to it being cold and my hair was crazy messy. My uncovered face should of been sufficient enough for recognition of who I am. Never going back to this place.

Young Hispanic girl working this am was unfriendly and didn't tell me she didn't have any cash for money gram until 5 minutes after getting started! The point of money gram is cash. Money gram needs to pull this location! Horrible customer service!
