Let me start by saying I have never dealt with pawn shops. This one by far has done right by me. Unfortunately back in March I lost my Job, due to COVID-19 as well as my wife did, we had no choice but to pretty much pawn all our Jewelry just to stay above water. What hurt me the most was that I was finally in a place in my life were I could buy my wife of 20 years her dream engagement ring and wedding band, only 3 months earlier. The hardest thing I had to do in my life was pawn that ring and my fathers watch. I went to several different places and I was not happy with the service, nothing was explained properly. The staff seemed annoyed when I asked questions, which made me feel uncomfortable. Enough about me Now for the good stuff. First I would like to say that the staff was unbelievable I was greeted when I walked in. I was asked what do I need to help my situation. I did not feel like I was being rushed or I was being annoying by asking so many questions. I was assured my stuff would be taken care of and it is stored in a bank vault not in the store. In all the places I went they were the lowest interest and gave me the most money. I was given 4 months to pick up everything. Here is where it gets better because of all the craziness going on in my life I lost track of my stuff. I paid my interest after the first 4 months. But because of being in the hospital I was unable to pay on time again. After getting out of the hospital I thought I definitely lost my stuff I was almost 60 days late and heart broken. My family just went through our worst holiday season and now I lost all my stuff. To my amazement when I called the store the woman who answered was very kind. She was generally concerned and begged me to stay calm. She told me she would have to contact the owner to see if my items were gone. When I hung up I thought to myself I’m gonna have to be stressed out all day now waiting to hear back from them. About 10 minutes later the women called me back and said “ I don’t have an answer yet but I wanted you to know I spoke to the owner and he is looking into this right now just stay calm I promise I will call you back as soon as I hear from him” that phone call did indeed calm me down. You normally don’t get service like that she sounded just as worried as I was. Not only did I get a call back later that day BUT THEY ACTUALLY HAD MY THINGS. It was the happiest day of my life and to top things off. When I went to get my stuff the girl I spoke to on the phone must have explained what I went through. The owner had wrote me a note saying. “I heard about everything you have been through, I’m glad we were able to help you through the hard times we have all faced. Happy holidays to you and your family. That alone is unbelievable, I can only pray that people read this and do business with this store I don’t know how to ever repay them. Hopefully this will help pay it forward. Thank you Pawn & Sell you gave me hope in these horrible times.

I was worried about going to a pawn shop but needed some money during this pandemic and I’m so glad I trusted this place. They made it so easy and the customer service was phenomenal! Recommend this place to all and would definitely come back!!

Went there and they wanted to give me $250 for my gold, went somewhere else and got $340, rude people plus they damage your jewelry by rubbing it on that outdated thing they use to test gold jewelry. There are better places in Valley Stream. Don't go there. Should not even give them 1 star but I did by mistake.

The service here is awesome! Answers to all my questions and concerns were given and the lady there was extremely profesional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I finally found the best jewelry buyers in Queens.... This is the only place I will sell jewelry going forward. Best prices paid with cash on the spot. No haggling or attempt to con you. Give them a try when you want to sell jewelry.. Also girl behind counter is great

If I could give no stars I would. Traveled pretty far to get to them, then when I get there I’m waiting over 10 minutes for no reason. Then they try to offer me 12$ for a lot of weight in silver including a Tiffany and Co. bracelet which is valued at over 10x that amount. If you want a good price for your silver and gold go to East Meadow in Long Island those people know what they are doing! If you want to get scammed and lose most of your investment then come here. They are not worthy of the one star that I have to give them. Edit: Also do you research before going to these scam artists! I did mine and saved myself from being scammed.

These guys are great! Always open early & closed late, lowest interest I've seen of any pawn shop out there ... They held my diamond ring over 70 days past the due date!! .. Give them a shot if u need fast cash .. A++++++

I like the fact that's no crazy just simple they give u 5 months but the interest is a lot its best too get it back in the first month
