    It was extremely crowded and everyone wore a face covering. If you didn't have an appointment you had a 1½ wait after you checked in. Probably the overflow from branches that are closed. Representatives were working hard to get customers taken care of asap and doing a great job. Thanks MCU.

    MCU in general is complete trash. They will make you endorse your tax return check for MCU deposit only then rejected your check and tell you “oh well you’re out of the money”. You cannot walk in you have to make an appointment, they won’t see you without one. This branch is especially bad, idiotic unhelpful employees. No AC on an 80 degree day, only a fan…pointing toward the front desk. And even when you have an appointment they don’t see you on time so you can sit there and sweat while you wait. Closed my account asap.

    I'm here now; the air conditioning is not on and the fan is pointed direct ly at the staff. Customer service is satisfactory. I definitely feel like I'm at the HRA office. This sucks AC is a human right in the United States.

    Customer service here is horrible !! Line be long out the door and tellers take their time .. 3 tellers to one customer .. some teller just sitting at the window .. no additional help is called !!

    Worst bank ever overall, in-service and over the phone. Atm's are always messed up, overcrowded, it's takes up to 1 hour to speak to a customer service representative on the phone. The atm malfunctioned during my deposit, and ate up my $240. As a customer why do I have to wait 7-10 days while the bank investigates? The camera's can clearly see my transaction. Why must I wait so long, when it's the machine's fault. It's truly sad how MCU is ran as a bank. I'm going to switch my bank ASAP, deserves zero stars.

    I would give them zero stars if I could but to post u have to have at least one...I have been to this branch a couple times unprofessional some of them and I have my.money here but it is as if they are just too busy or waiting for the clock to.pull in for break or lunch....I still didn't get what I went for from the last service and it is almost 3 weks...We have come a long way as black people but all I see in this bank is black people and I love my people but it's the worst service ever and needs improvement..Why complain when I can put my money elsewhere?..... ...

    MCU has allowed another customer to pay their bills with my account nbr. Been waiting two months for account to be refunded. No updated emails concerning my complaint as if l never filed a dispute. Customer sevice definately could be better!!!

    Always long lines and never enough tellers. This use to be the only location with working coin machine, it is now out of service at this location also. For a financial institution that handles city employees accounts it's a disgrace. The lobby atms seem to be out of service today as well. Get it together.

    This is ridiculous. Worst service ever, wait an hour for someone to pick up the phone. To hear a loan rep will contact you in the next 24 hours. In regards to your request. Its been a month and havent heard a thing. But, didn't I just get in contact with the Loan Dep??? Really!!!! Next post Yelp!!! That's nice how you treat your members. I'll keep spreading the news until someone contacs me. Thank you

    ATM machines are always, always ,always out of service. Long lines for teller service. This branch seriously needs some help and staff development attention.

    I’ve been a member of MCU since 2004, and this branch on Springfield Blvd is by far the worst. Every time I go to the Springfield Gardens branch I’m on the line for a teller 05-28 minutes which is ridiculous I go to other branches Elmont, Brooklyn, Queens Blvd etc and they all give great service, no long wait time for the tellers, fully staffed I’m in and out within 10-12 minutes for teller services

    Unhelpful . website doesn't state u need to make an appointment wasted fuel driving there trying registering online to a retarded system which they need to fix please hire better people to design ur website. Tried calling no one answered the phone when I arrived at the front desk nobody was there only a female security guard wastes my time

    WORSSTTTTTT BANK I’ve ever dealt with. Any phone call I’ve made I’ve been on the phone for over 2 hours. After waiting at the branch almost an hour I was told I couldn’t cancel my account. Never open an account with them
