I wanted to leave a review, because the maple Grove Pawn One is amazing for customer service. I will never Pawn anywhere else. I have had countless good experiences with Chris. And last time I went in, Denora helped me get almost $100 more than I thought I'd get on my loan and told me it was because of my history there. But she was also extremely friendly and accommodating. This is how customers should be treated everywhere. This store is stellar.

I went into Pawn 1 located on Maple Grove to buy my son his first guitar for school. I didn't have a ton of knowledge about guitars going in. Bill an associate of Pawn 1 had knowledge to educate my son and myself and had great customer service. I will definitely be recommending others to this location. Thank you Bill for your great customer service.

The gentleman working at the music corner was knowledgeable and helpful! My partner and I traveled from Washington and forgot our guitars! We had a great experience and ended up buying a simple guitar for a great deal.

I am a regular customer. I came in with a product not expecting anything but what I was confronted with from the management was... "If he doesn't like it he can take his stuff and leave." I did not challenge the price this management decided to treat us like subhuman. This particular establishment is abhorrent. They should not treat people/customers like this!

Probably the best selection for guitars and amps in Boise but probably the worst at pricing items at fair market value. The salesperson admitted he didn't know much about the guitar he was selling. I explained to him what he had and how much they sell for used and made a very reasonable offer. He offered to come down 5% on an item that's priced about two times street value. In all the years and all the pawn shops in Boise, this is the only one that I've never purchased a guitar from.

I have bought several Items from the Maple Grove Pawn 1, and they have always taken care of me. I am a musician. I have purchased 2 guitars and an audio mixer. The guitars, on separate occasions when they were purchased, did not come with cases. They didn't have to, but as I was being rung out through the register, they went into the back and found cases to fit the guitars. not just soft gig bag type cases, hardshell road runner brand cases that run almost $150 each. As for the audio mixer, they couldn't find the power supply that was supposed to included with it. Instead of just ignoring it, they took the amount off of the price that it would take to have a new power supply bought for the unit. Always very happy with the customer service and are always my first stop when I'm in the market for some good used gear. The quality in the items they have are excellent, and reasonably priced. And every once in a while you can see some pretty good finds.

These guys are awesome. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. I also got some very good deals while I was there. If you have any issues at this store just ask for Adam. Good guy that really seems to care about the customers.

I went to the store to trade in some gaming equipment for my daughter. We were greeted by the manager Alexis...... Oh my, one of the greatest employees pawn one has the privilege of having on staff. The customer service was above the five star rating system. I won't go back to game stop, I've been to the other pawn one stores. I've found my favorite, people that earnestly care about other people make this store unique. I can't say anything else but, awesome!

Always worth the visit, I have purchased many pieces of music equipment and video game items, and the employees are always incredibly helpful. Everytime I have been seeking something, whichever employee is helping me is more than happy to check the other locations for me. Yesterday I bought a PSVR bundle and found that the camera stand was not in the box, when I went back in to ask about it, right away they gave me one that they had in there. Easily my favorite pawn shop, always reliable.

Amazing location and staff! Was sold a PS4 at Christmas time when thesr consoles were SOLD OUT everywhere else, at a price I coulf afford. I was short a few dollars and they were able to adjust the price so I wouldn't go home empty handed. Great customer service! Will definitely come back again!

Karma is awesome, excellent customer service. She was busy but stopped what she was doing to help me out and find what I needed. Over all great experience. :) lots of cool music stuff there too.

Pawn One has always taken excellent care of me! I have purchased several firearms from them over the years included the one I bought today & wouldn’t do business at any other store! The team at this location are professional and friendly and customer service is top priority here.

The customer service is amazing. I like to stop buy and see what they have for sale. Often I find just what I'm looking for. The guys are trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Bill is always very helpful and I recommend stopping by and checking it out.

I went to this pawn shop to get my pickup selector fixed on my guitar. Chris who worked there helped me with everything i needed. He fixed the switch ,and made the strings easier to hold. He did everything he could to help a customer. And whent beyond the call of duty. 5 stars, i will return for my music needs and i strongly recomend you do to.

I have had great experiences here buying video games. They are always reasonably priced and willing to work with you on your purchase. Even recently I bought the wrong game by mistake and they hooked me up with a trade to get a different one, even if they didnt have to. Great guys down there.

Great customer service! Very friendly staff! I called looking for a particular movie and the woman on the phone (I believe her name was Katina) said they didn't have a record of the individual titles but she'd go look out on the sales floor. After a couple minutes on hold she came back and told me that she found a copy, and then she put it on hold in the back for an hour so I could get down there to buy it. Even though they were swamped when I came in somebody flagged me down at the door. I told them about the movie and they ran to get it and then rang me up quickly. Great deal too! After that I took a quick peak at the jewelry and also snagged a few nice silver pieces for a good price. Great all around customer service! They really go the extra mile!

You can tell changes are happening in this store. The store is looking cleaner, more organized and the staff was helpful and friendly. The jewelry section is my favorite and Katina was very sweet and friendly. The new manager was friendly and greeted me upon walking in. Great products and great service. Highly recommend you come check this place out.
