When i got declined from my first lender my realtor offered me second shot for another lender. He referred me 2 different lenders and already contacted them told all the situation to them. And one of them was Paul from Loan Depot. I got pre approved again from both of the lenders. But what Paul did was more advanced than the other one, he took the action promptly and literally saved me from the situation. Which is the situation was-my offer already accepted by seller and put my earnest money already ordered appraisal… When i 1st got declined from my 1st lender i realised that having a good and professional loan officer is the big deal and hard to find.
