I would recommend Patty to any of my friends. She was quick to sort things for my loan, prepared a presentation that she and her staff reviewed with me so I understood the options I would have and how the process would work, and she and her staff were very quick to answer any question I had. While I was approved by other lenders, I chose Patty because she was the fastest and she did work others had not to be sure I would be successful in demonstrating to a seller that I could quickly get funding for the home I chose.

I have had 2 home purchases and 1 refinance in the past and all of those experiences were so frustrating because it is such a difficult process (and each time I vowed NEVER to do it again). BUT that wasn't the case with Patty and her team. I am not exagerating when I say she made the process so much easier. Even when we had snags (which all cases realistically have) they were so smoothly handled. Even my realitor who was hesitant to work with a mortgage broker she was unfamiliar with, said that Patty was one of the best, especially in communication and promptness. I am proud to say that now Patty is on my realtor's list of preferred brokers to work with (I feel like I made a "love connection." lol.)
