I have been a customer at Pathways since 2009 when it was originally Members First. We moved most of our accounts there in 2016 because they are so incredibly easy to work with. I’m sure one of the best things Greg Kidwell did was hiring Pat Meyer. Pat does such a great job for us I would love to give them 10 stars if it was possible. Highly recommend banking with Pathways!

We had a great experience working with Pat recently. He made it a very easy process to apply and close on a loan. He is so friendly, easy to get in touch with, and has a lot of experience doing what he does! We love using Pathways for our financial needs.

We use Pathways Financial Credit Union to set up our employees with vacation savings accounts. Pat and his team at the Grandview location make the set up process a breeze and are always extremely responsive when we have issues! They are the best people with the best service!

I was in need of a personal loan to redo my backyard patio and decided to stop by Pathways in Grandview. Pat Meyer made the process easy and based on my wants/needs was able to provide a same day approval. This allowed me move quick on my project with the construction company as timing was a factor. I've been with Pathways for over 20 years being a 2nd generation that have banked there. I have always Dealt with Pat Meyer and always look forward to working with him. The way Pat greets me when i come into the branch or call on the phone makes me feel like the most important. It shows that he takes great intrest in his members because he always asks how my family is by name. I have banked with other banks in the past and always end up closing them. None of them compare to Pathways.

I went into pathways looking to close my account after noticing a lot of money being used for my crazy obsession of ONLY-FANS. I meet Mitzi Ricardi, who made the process a lot smoother and faster, Not only did she help me close my account but she gave me lessons and advice to start credit and learning how to pay the least amount of APR

Pat Meyer, the best. Very, very accessible, knowledgeable, and accommodating. His demeanor was excellent. His patience and willingness to walk me through the process was most helpful especially in establishing a HELOC while I worked with Laura Gates in refinancing of my 1st mortgage. Laura, although I didn’t meet with her in person, was also excellent. We spoke on the phone, texted, & emailed numerous times. She was also most helpful & took me through the process step by step. She monitored my progress with the refi- and constantly communicated with me. Yanira Ramirez, was very good in her follow up to ensure that I completed verifications which enabled me to close the Re-fi. Due to personnel such as Pat, Laura, & Yarina I would highly recommend Pathways Financial CU to others.
