Lori and everyone at Northwest did a great job with our recent transaction. Brad provided help on some legal questions and the deal closed on time with no surprises.

I'm a commercial lender and have worked with Northwest Title on multiple closings for my borrowers over the years. I've always found them to be professional, responsive and convenient to when and where we wanted to close on our commercial loans. They take a lot of stress out of the sometimes stressful process of commercial real estate purchases.

Many times times things happen at closings that may sidetrack or keep the transaction from closing, however in my case level heads prevailed and the staff at Northwest Title go their job done with patience and experience. The closing took a little longer, but the experienced team at Northwest Title made the day/night complete.

We received emails asking us to sign docs and provide a social security number for my husband and myself, the email didn’t identify who it was from nor did we receive a phone call telling us to expect an email. The following day, my realtor said she received a call asking why we haven’t signed the docs. I asked what docs and who was it from. Sorry, I do not provide that information without knowing who it was from. We were buying property and selling a home so we were signing a ton of things, but everyone else advised docs were sent.

We had a relatively complicated transaction close recently (multi-parcel portfolio acq). NW Title handled the job with aplomb. I definitely recommend; 5 stars.

I have super impressed with Northwest Title over the years. This particular involved Lori the Commercial Transaction Manager emailing me at 4:30am to ensure we are on time and all prepared for the closing. What service! Awesome responsiveness and very professional to work with. When my seller clients arrived, the Northwest Title built rapport with my clients and made them feel like a million bucks! They received red carpet service and made me really good with the clients. They understand what it means to provide high level of service. Great company and awesome caring people to work with. They always get 5 stars from me.

Northwest title was on the task from the day we engaged them. This was out of state deal that we needed local companies to help and Northwest title made it a breeze. Very professional staff and always on top. Always available to answer any questions plus laid out the process with everyone involved in process. We sold a commercial property and everything went very smoothly. Lori kept us informed all along the way and was very accommodating when we wanted to sign the paperwork at a different location and time than when the buyers did. She efficiently sent us signed copies when we asked and wired our funds same day. Great job!

Very slow getting started, requested information that was included in the original paperwork in response to my e-mail 1 week after receiving original paperwork. It is a week after I delivered the final paperwork and the agent I worked with will not return e-mails to let me know the status of the filing. I would not recommend Northwest Title and will not use them again.

Had a challenging commercial closing with a particularly unsophisticated Borrower. Frank, Lori and Mashavu helped a lot with documentation and getting the Borrower comfortable with the way a commercial closing works.
