Patelco Credit Union Mowry Ave, Fremont

I have an account here and they couldn't open a roll of quarters to exchange three dollars.. then gave me two.. That's there to accommodate account holders not paper rolls. And furthermore their lending system has no interpersonal options. There is no human brain there to say where current debts can rationale to what the loan is buying. It is just a mathematical and perfunctory individual that prospers not the community only to use them.

Went to the atm here to get a large sum of cash out for a wedding gift. Realized that I had all 20’s I went into the bank to ask if they could exchange the 20’s for larger bills and they denied me because I don’t have an account with them. Really? One time you can’t help me out? Whatever…

My experience at Patelco was like no other. I went in met with Mr. Mark Davis an we spoke about my situation and how I want to better my finances. He gave me plenty of advice as to how we will move forward with the process to get me to where I want to be. He is very down to earth, he understands life and the rollercoaster ride dealing with finances. He is someone who really knows his profession an I’m glad to call him my Financial Specialist. It’s a new journey and I’m glad Mr. Mark Davis is in my corner to help guide me to a better future at being a wiser man utilizing my finances. Anyone interested in building a balanced and better future I suggest you go see Mr. Mark Davis ASAP.

i had a great experience at Patelco. I met Mark Davis and he was really a great guy. He helped me open my checking and savings account and was really nice. he gave us great advise and even gave me a bandage for my cut. overall I had a great experience at Patelco credit union.

Mark was amazing! He took the time to give me helpful tips that I can use to manage my budget for my college. Very friendly, caring, and definitely love how relatable he was during our appointment! At first, I was hesitant to setup a budget because I thought it would be overwhelming, but Mark made the process super simplistic and easy going. Keep up the good work Mark! Updating my review because of my dude, Cameron. Walked in to talk about another issue regarding my accounts not being set up correctly. With in seconds he said that isn’t right, and was able to set up my accounts to work properly so I’m not receiving any more random charges for amounts I can cover! Provided a great help for these holidays when money can get tight! Will be going here for any of my future inquiries.

I have been in customer service since 1982 and his honest and down to earth customer service skills are by far the best my husband and I have ever experienced. He provides the personal touch so many customer's need today which is rare in this day and age. He is definitely a strong contributor to the financial institution and the community. My mother was an early Patelco member, and helped my siblings and me open accounts when we were younger. Sadly she passed away and we had to deal with closing all her accounts. Mark Davis patiently helped us through the process. He is an example of what proper customer service looks like, as he was extremely accommodating with what turned out to be a fairly time-consuming process.
