Worked with Izabella here to get a personal loan for debt consolidation! She was extremely helpful on answering all my questions. My loan was submitted and approved within the hour and money in my bank account within 2 hours! Excellent service and would highly recommend Patelco. There is always a line here and only one maybe two tellers working. Patelco has four teller stations but they never use all of them. According to there branch management that is the way they do things. Not customer friendly and ask too many personal questions and never smile. They don't make it easy to do business with. Bank somewhere else.

Very professional and competent. I had to transfer an account into a trust and get signatures guaranteed. They did it all for free and with no drama.

I just spent 30 minutes on hold!! And my problem is: on my phone the login bar is a pale red color instead of a solid red color and I can't log in! Plus the robot says my member number- 6176770 - isn't a member number!

Their customer service is horrible. On Friday at noon they had one teller working with three people standing in line while three "officers" sat looking at their computers. Wait time, four minutes. Apparently they can't be bothered to get up and open up another window. This isn't the first time this has happened. Next time will be the last time. I wouldn't recommend this financial institution to anyone.

I typically encounter enjoyable staff members here, but today I had to reset my online account (due to annoyingly difficult hours for their help line, but that's another story). I am accustomed to a lower level of customer courtesy and respect due to the large stamp on my forehead that reads "Millenial," (despite the fact that I am indeed a working professional), but only to a certain extent. First off, I waited approximately two minutes (with no line whatsoever) while the only clerk at the counter finished a personal phone call (I know so because she said "bye Mom." I'm all for family values, but there are lots of other times and places for that). The Filipino employee she referred me to was curt and hintingly condescending. She cut me off several times with unprofessional one-worded interjections. I asked for a printout of my statement, and she said to just print it out from my online account. I insisted she print it out then and there since I already had to make such an unpleasant trip. The only reason this is not a 1-star review is because I usually bank with a very friendly African-American gentleman at the counter. Unfortunately, today he was not working. Overall, nearly fed up with this FCU as a whole, but the experience at this branch was particularly irksome and review-worthy.

Came in earlier wanted to see if I could remove my cosign off my car loan or refinance my loan...whatever was best. Spoke to Philippino lady, she asked if I was a member I said yes. She asked us a lot of questions that go nowhere. But what got on my nerves. Was when she saw my apr rate. She said that my APR is 2.24 %. She then said that it's impossible... because it should be 4 something percent. I told her that it was 4 something then Petelco lower it to 2.24%. She then demanded to see my ID. What is wrong with this lady? It seem that she was not happy that I have a low interest rate.

Im very disappointed in 1790 Patelco Credit Unon in Campbell cailfornia please DO NOT GO THERE THEY WIIL NOT PROTECT YOUR MONEY. They have False ESTATEMENTS. How can somebody's name be on My Estatements. Makes no sense and one even INVESTIGATED IT WAS TOLD TO ME ALL MY FAULT. I WANT TO TALK TO ERIN MENDOZA ONLY.
