New customer as of last Saturday. If you want to receive a warm community based environment and a quiet smooth experience, all of your banking should be done with Patelco. Ana was very professional, polite and very attentive to all my needs and answered all questions and concerns. Great overall experience at this branch.

I am a navy federal credit union member but there are no branches in the Bay Area in close proximity. I usually handle all my transactions with this Patelco. On this day I asked if I can get two roll of quarters so I can wash clothes in my apt complex and I was denied because I’m not a member of patelco. The Dublin location allowed me to get quarters before. Such a inconvenience they are not sorry for it and didn’t even offer an alternative or solution. I will no long do business with this branch and would recommend and different credit union if I were you.

Only rated this low because of how much they have cut their hours due to Covid-19. They're not open Saturdays and close at 4 p.m. making out difficult to make it without taking off work early.

Very nice people had trouble at first getting a trust account started for a family member but in the end got it resolved and they have been very nice looking forward to working with them in the future

Professional and courteous I can't ask for any more than that. Oh I forgot they are fast also.

I have mixed experience with this branch. On one occasion customer service guy was less than willing to open a new account for my aunt and kept on asking me if I had an appointment. I've been with Patelco for over ten years now and the overall experience has been positive.

I've been a Patelco Member for some time now. I recently contacted them for some financial assistance. I would like to point out this was all handled by phone, email and fax which made it easy for me. Derek Lowe and the rest of the staff there were awesome. I received the best customer service and I knew they had a smile on the other side of the phone line. Derek Lowe is a great listener and understood what I needed in my finances. Having someone listen is very key because then they know what to offer since that's their job. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received from this great Patelco Branch! I'm a happy customer right now!

Slowest bank in the bay area. One teller, who is unfriendly and won't even say hi. Pass!

Says they're open till 4 but I was there at 3 and they were closed with the cleaners there already. Why lie about your hours????
