This review is overdue from last week but my experience was nothing short of 5 stars all due to the “World Champion” CFO, Mark Davis! I came in needing to get an auto loan approved for a car to purchase through a private party. Unbeknownst to me, this kind of transactions requires an appointment in advance! Yikes! However, Mark was able to accommodate me and help make the entire process seamless with very clear instructions as well as professionalism on another level! Mark, if i didn’t live in Berkeley, just dealing with you alone would've caused me to make my home bank with you instead of the one in Berkeley. You were that good and I was that satisfied! Thanks again and you for sure live up to your awards as “World Champion”! Thanks again!

Before coming in today with my mother, I was unsure of how the experience would be in getting a credit card, as well as getting assistance for financial updates for my mother's side. However, after having the pleasure to sit and talk with Jennifer Gross, she had immediately put my apprehension to rest. Helping both of us throughout the process and answering all of the questions and concerns we both had with clarity and care, we both walked away with such an amazing experience, and for myself, starting a new step in the right direction! Overall, a wonderful and helpful time!

Had a really nice day today with Mr. Mark Davis, super helpful today with the process of building my credit, every time I come in, everybody is pelite, easy to deal with and really caring about your best interest. Completely recommend for anybody looking get into any sort of banking!

Jennifer Gross is the assistant manager at the City Center branch in San Ramon. We got to the branch about 10 minutes before they closed this evening, and we needed a notary to sign paperwork for getting a car. I know we are lousy customers for getting there so close to closing, but I had just gotten off work - Jenn was happy to help. She is very professional and at the same time very friendly. Thank you Jen for your wonderful service!

I was helped by Mark Davis who was awesome in helping me become a member and refinancing my car loan. He was attentive and authentic. Highly recommend.

I went into the branch today and the front stuff were very friendly, I went there with the intention of refy both of my cars loans to get better interest rate and lower my monthly payments and i got introduced to Mr Mark Davis. Mr Mark didn't just help me with the car loans he went above and beyond my expectations and helped me to cut down my credit cards debt with the highest interest rate, he gave me very valuable feedback to increase my credit score. today was an incredible experience with Mr Mark because I got a lot more than just what I walked into for originally, better interest rate on my car loans and able to cut down my credit cards debt by more than 60% all of it thanks to him. I am speechless and my hat off to him.

Visit today with Mark Davis. Inquiring about a home equity loan to do some work around the house. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Helped us get application together and became new members of Patelco credit union. Great location in the city center.

I have been trying to modify my mortgage loan down from almost 7% for 10yrs but was denied repeatedly by traditional institutional banks. A Patelco staff named Jennifer Gross was so confident in Patelco products, that I applied due to her positive and encouraging prospective that Patelco care for its members. I trusted her financial knowledge Patelco would help me. I am beyond gratitude to her with now successfully having the benefit of a reduced mortgage rate. I’m so impressed with her providing actual costumer service. Jennifer is the Best! ~Bar None

Terrible services!!! Few months a go I ask for savings options they where so nice when they ask to make money and put savings in …. After that they explained to me that they will pay me almost 1% interested on my savings . After the first mont I found out is 0.84 % on the first 2000$ and then then the % decreased slow as much as you add in to your saving account…. At the same time when they promised me so much stuff at the begging. I ask for option for car loan in the future they said ok yes sir we can help you out … I give them the information on the vehicle they told me won’t be a promblem to day when I event to ask for a loan for the same car they rejected because they have some rools and they can’t give me a loan for this car not even 20$k so I am asking my self … there is no option for savings and interested on it they are is not a loan allowed… so why you guys give me so much promises and you can’t follow even one of them ? I am going to close my account at this company I will not recommend to use !!!!!
