Henry was on point on da transaction portion and saved me a few bucks in a bind, as an independent contractor they have a great variety and Friendly staff, my layaway was presented in pristine condition as when i first saw it.

I’ve been looking for a tablet for my daughter. I contacted Dashawn Batista at this Parker Pawn location in Spring Lake. He gave me more than a few options to pick from, asked me what exactly my kid would be using it for, and finally helped me pick the best one for her! He was very kind and helpful. Once I arrived to the store to pick it up, all the other employees were welcoming with smiles on their faces! Great team & would definitely go back! Highly recommend!!! Thanks Dashawn and team!

So let me tell you something!!! The guys and gals at Parker Pawn in Spring Lake have some of the best customer service that I’ve ever seen. Parkers off Owen Drive has equally as awesome customer service as well!! Let me share my Friday night at closing experience Almost every time you try to call a business two minutes before it’s time for them to lock the doors you will not get an answer but not here. Friday night I had to Drive all the way from the other side of hope mills (I 95 exit) to get there Which is a daunting task in itself. If you’ve ever tried to drive across Fayetteville and it’s between 530 and seven it’s a nightmare to say the least. I was 1.4 miles away with three minutes till closing so I decided to call to be on the safe side. Justin answered the phone just as if I was calling in the middle of the day. I asked what time they closed and explained that I was about to pull up in two seconds. So, he told me the doors close and get locked at seven PM sharp No exceptions!!! It went from 6:58 to 6:59 while we were talking. Jokingly, he said if I could get there in 45 seconds the doors might not be locked as they lock up at seven. I pulled into the parking lot & Justin met me at the door and asked me how could he help? I give Justin 20 ⭐️💫 This was hands-down the best retail experience I’ve ever had at a store when arriving within 5 to 10 minutes of closing. Parker’s Really does have some awesome customer sales associates. I will always recommend Parker’s to anyone looking for a pawn shop around the Fayetteville area.

The team at Parker Pawn Spring Lake is simply phenomenal. I bought an audio interface from them which I returned. The process was super easy. I transitioned to another audio interface at even a reduced price. If that wasn’t enough Jasmine went above and beyond to fix my gift card which I was using for payment. Super patient, warm and respectful team. Highly recommended!

Go to Jerys pawn. Went right in there with 5 pieces of resellsble jewelry and got the amount I needed (which in fact was worth what I was asking) that apparently this store just couldn't do.

When I walked in, I was greeted by not one but two people. Brianna was really helpful. I called before my visit to verify what amount I needed to bring with me today. She was kind over the phone and in person. Her customer service is superior. She went above and beyond to help me find what I’m looking for. I didn’t feel rushed, and I felt just as important as anyone else. I definitely will be returning!!!!

Extremely friendly and caring staff. Bought a chainsaw for a great price. Had issues with it on the first day, so I brought it back and they had their small engine mechanic look at it and fix it.

Love doing business with Parker’s, I’m always treated very nicely and fairly at the Parker’s off of Yadkin rd. and the one off of Owen dr. but the Parker’s in Spring lake has disappointed me today. Today I came in and asked for a Reloan on an item I ALWAYS bring to these pawnshops. It’s in the system that I’m loyal to them and always take my stuff out on time. I was told by the lady at the front desk that not all Parker’s pawnshop work on the same system (which would be Bravo) so as a result they wouldn’t even take my item. Really do recommend the other two Parker pawns. This one in spring lake always seems to have an issue. She literally did no research. Didn’t even bother to look me up in the system. Very disappointed.
